There wasn’t a pool cause apparently they just cleaned it and they needed inspection. No breakfast included.

The a/c on our floor seemed to be off (saving electricity perhaps) and the rooms were fine.

What a horrible place. Booked through Expedia, no mention that the pool was closed, that was the only reason I booked to stay there. No warning, nothing from Expedia and nothing from staff from hotel. How this place is in operation is beyond me. I highly recommend if you are considering to stay here, don't. Our a/c unit barely worked, and staff claimed it was because the a/c units work on motion detection. What a crock of BS. Staff is horrible and location is not great. Definitely look elsewhere before you book to stay here.

Very old tvs, sound did not work at all. Pool was out of order on a holiday weekend. They did not come take our garbage out nor refresh our towels. The staff was rude. Would never stay again.

Staff was good Bummer that the pool was closed due to the municipal inspection for the pool cannot be done til after the 4th of July weekend

Room was not cleaned very well. The pool was not open.

Our hotel room was very clean and the surface was great. The only downfall was that they advertise an outdoor pool however, the outdoor pool is under maintenance. Unfortunately, when I called the property prior to booking, I wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone so I took my chances and booked anyway. Other than that, I would definitely recommend.

They showed an outdoor pool online and there were no chair to sit on, the room was tiny, I called about bed size they said this is what they had available. Staff was not helpful.

I only stayed one night to break up a long trip. The room was small but comfortable. It was cramped by 2 small night stands and a couch that I think was a pull out. The couch was dingy with stained pillows. I didn't use that and just pushed it back into the corner. There was no TV service or internet. The front desk said it was being serviced. There was also a youth group there that were noisy and ran up and down the halls.it served its purpose.

No TV remote in room. Front desk informed. They promised immediate delivery. It NEVER arrived.

Comfortable rooms, great shower, good location There were not many staff members around to inquire about ordering breakfast from the commons area. It was difficult to find employees to ask questions. There was also a lot of popcorn left on the floor under the bed from a previous guest who stayed in the room.

Disappointed that the room was not cleaned even once during our 3 night stay.

Close to tournament location Advertised as having breakfast included but no breakfast. Advertised as having an outdoor pool but outdoor pool wasn’t working.

Cool hotel and priced right. Right across the street from Applebees. Couldn't be more convenient.

Room was small but up to date and clean. TV was really slow to respond to commands. I arrived a couple hours early and tried to check in. Rooms were ready but they wanted $20 for checking in early. I’ve never heard of that before. I came back later and had a 5 minute wait to be checked in. Just seemed silly.

Clean room, wonderful and helpful staff, property was in excellent condition.

Overflowing garbage cans in hallways and dining area. Garbage on floor when we checked in was still there when we checked out. Pull out sofa in room had no bedding, no mattress cover- mattress was incredibly thin and lumpy. Asked for a room to be accessible to elevator and was literally assigned a room that was at the very farthest point away. Staff was surly. TV did not work- apparently because it was unplugged behind the dresser which somehow I should have taken care of myself?

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast they offer is cold items that priced individually and the pool and outdoor seating area was closed.

The bedroom was absolutely filthy. It had food waste in the microwave and food waste on the TV stand. I will never stay there again and I recommend everyone avoided.
