Great location, plenty of parking and friendly & professional staff. Easy check-in. My only concern was the side door was unlocked after hours; we didn't have to use our key card to get into the hotel.

A little far

Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean.

When booking through Expedia, the advertisement included breakfast. Breakfast was not included. I reexamined the Expedia claims. In one place it says, “Breakfast is included.” In another, it says, “Breakfast is available.” And yet, in another, one of their amenities is a cafe that is only open for breakfast. Everything is set up as if there is breakfast. Nope, not open. Don’t get your hopes up. Plan something else. The price for our stay…way too high, but it was average with other similarly advertised hotels. I wouldn’t stay there again for the price we paid. Perhaps for a fraction of the price.

No hot breakfast only cereal or cold bagels available to purchase.

The toilet and sink got clogged, there was no water pressure, and the tv did not work. When I asked for someone to come fix the tv they told me that nobody was available until tomorrow (that was at 6 pm) so we had no TV all night

Excellent all way around

Excellent place to stay very comfortable and quiet

Every time we requested to speak to a manager, the front desk told us they would be there the next day. We wanted to discuss the closed pool in the middle of the summer, no less, but we never did speak to a manager. The room was very cramped with too much large furniture. The bed as almost up against the wall, making it difficult to get in and out of bed. Also, the carpet was dirty...we found rubber bands from braces on the floor. Basically there are NO amenities and there is definitely no beach view as you are a 30 minute drive from the closest beach. The best part of staying there was when we checked out.

It served its purpose and was very nice.

All nice

The location was good. The staff was friendly and polite but not able to solve problems. They smiled and said they would let the manager know. When you asked to speak with the manager, that person was a mystery. The property advertises a beautiful patio and pool. The pool was locked up our whole stay and the patio furniture looked worn and cushions on the ground.

The property is run down. The breakfast area was unappealing.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable . Hotel was much nicer than I expected for the price I paid on a holiday weekend.

The hotel and amenities were perfect. The front desk staff went out of their way to help when my husband needed to go to the ER. I will stay there any time we are in the area.

There was nothing that was good about the property. My phone in my room did not work. It was dead. I had to call the main desk through my cell phone. I called them a couple times to fix my phone, but it was not done. There were screaming kids running down the corridors at 10 at night. I had to ask the main desk to complain about them and to shut the kids down. I had no Internet I had no Wi-Fi so yes, there was no tv control. I had to ask for it They had to go look for a remote for me . After that, the TV would only turn onto one channel channel 7. I called the front desk again through my cell phone and they had to go and reset something for me to have access to other channels however, the following night the same exact thing happened, but nobody adjusted the TV channels for me. The woman working there was an Indian woman After that, the TV would only turn onto one channel channel 7. I called the front desk again through my cell phone and they had to go and reset something for me to have access to other channels however, the following night the same exact thing happened, but nobody adjusted the TV channels for me. The woman working there was a Indian woman who just would not was the worst service I’ve ever had . horrible and the worst hotel I’ve live ever stayed in all my stays around the world.

Pool was closed due to poor water quality for the extent of our stay without signage or explanation. Breakfast was reserved for teams over the weekend and on Monday was not included, $2.99 per item. Not as described, extremely overpriced for what it was. Will not be back.

Love the quiet environment - mostly business folks and contractors stay here, which means that they like to keep things quiet. The rooms are relatively small, but perfect size for the 1-person stay. Convenient location.

The only problem was the window in the room not closing
