Comfort Inn And Suites Toledo

Nothing Room was okay bathroom. Had hair from previous stays. Used conditioner bottle was left for reuse. First of all eww. People around kept slamming doors and staff called and didn’t solve the problem

I ate the scrambled eggs, sausages and made toast. Orange juice was available. My television had no signal. I walked up and down the stairways and they were filthy as they had not been cleaned in several weeks. Several cigarette butts were observed. When I first arrived in the room I noticed soap and shampoo were not available although I was able to acquire them from the front desk.

Nothing. I had to leave this hotel because it was so dirty and unsafe and I am looking for a refund They moved us to three different rooms and each one was dirty. One did not have a bolt on the door. One had unmade beds. Two head hair and bathtubs

Breakfast is super simple. It has potential to be nice but wouldn’t stay again

Superb

Good

Staff was nice. Saturday late night, I just fell asleep, my boyfriend was sleeping next to me. The door opened up and the light in the hallway by the door was turned on. I guess the person heard the television and closed the door. I told my boyfriend the light was turned on. He jumped up and went looking around in that area, cut the light off and got back in bed. He said that Friday night the door opened up but the security lock was on. Couldn't put the security lock on Saturday night because when I opened the security lock on Saturday morning, it broke off. Not staying at that place no more. When I spoke with the man at the desk Sunday morning when checking out, I told him what happened, he said it was probably housekeeping. Housekeeping don't have no business coming in someone's room at night. Ice bucket top but no ice bucket. Asked for one, never got one.

dirty

The beds was comfortable! Everything thing was dirty, floors in hallway, elevator, rooms, public access restrooms. Room had no cups or coffee, microwave didnt work. Pool was super cold. They didnt fix or bring anything up after saying something about it.

Pleasant

Passable

It was quiet for the most part. The bed was comfortable. My local TV channels didn’t work on my TV. I let someone at the desk know and nothing changed. The breakfast options were sparse and barely filling. Next time, I’ll pay more for a room at a higher quality hotel.

Property was dirty, our room had bugs crawling on the floor, toilet overflowed and carpets through halls were filthy. Asked for a refund and left immediately, front desk seemed unsurprised by our request and kindly issued a refund immediately. Felt like a hotel where no one stays the night, just uses the rooms by the hour.

Decent hotel for the price . Just little dirty for my liking.

Door wouldn't latch, had to use the deadbolt to lock the door. The entire hotel was smelly, carpets and bathroom were dirty.

Overall cleanliness and breakfast were well organized. Cost to amenity expectations were reasonable.

The curtain was ripped a lot in the middle so it couldn’t keep out light at night. The bathroom floor was dirty. Very obvious. We only had 2 shower towels for a 4 person room. The side door you could come in with your key card was not needed as the door was broken and open at all times.

Price and breakfast and work out area was great Staff (Arabic Man) at the front desk tried too deny us service just from assuming my girlfriend was high and disregarded her when she stated that she has a medical condition and a stroke survivor and tried calling the cops but realized he was discriminating and rude ontop of it and also made derogatory statements towards me before leaving ....
