*the side door's electronic lock never worked, so we had to use the front door when the rock that was keeping it open was kicked away. *The 1st room's TV was in demo mode.On the third day we were upgraded to a suite which was great. *Went to go swimming (taking granddaughters, ages 4 & 7) on day 4 & door was locked. Manager said they just put sparkles in the water, it smelled & irritated our eyes like chlorine. Water was cold. Never put our heads under water. Didn't stay long & rinsed really well. Checked pool 3 days later & it only a foot of water left. 8th day it still looked same. *Contacted Corporate & left a complaint on the hot water issue. Requested refund on two remaining nights & having to move out. Will see. *Moved to Comfort Inn across town where we've previously stayed & like, but they don't have a pool. So, no will not stay here again!!

Don’t believe the pictures online! No hot water the boiler broke and they could not give an idea when it would be fixed or any updates. We actually left a day early because of it. The continental breakfast was so disappointing. I have never written a bad review before but this was just so disappointing!!!! I ask for a refund for the night we had no hot water, still haven’t heard back…probably won’t!

The hotel is nice and staff are friendly and helpful!

Horrible experience. No hot water on the premises and booked a king bed but got a queen. Sheets were waterproof protected and have a rubbery feeling to them. Bathroom was dirty and shower looked horrible

The rooms were okay for the money but there was a ton of stains on some of the blankets and beds. Also no hot water the whole stay

First let me say I have stayed at many 3 and even 2 star hotels before. I booked this stay through a 3rd party, which I have never had issues with, I booked a suit but got a double queen room. To say I was disappointed is an understatement because it doesn't end there this was only the beginning of many issues. Our keycards didnt work for any other entry door we would have to go to the main entrance each time and walk to the opposite end of the hotel to get to our room unless someone stuck rocks in the door to keep it open. The pool was apparently under maintenance not noted on site or told to us at check in. Only one elevator out of the two was available for use. The plugs are useless for the charger boxes and they just fall out. The front desk lady was distracted when we checked in and kind of rude and was short when we tried to talk to her during our stay. To top the cake on everything our first night there we were woke up the next morning to fire alarms going off at 6am. Not once but 3 separate times to which they stated were false alarms. I was not expecting alot but I did book this hotel bc it had an indoor pool and was within a certain budget we were trying to stay in and we got neither due to us not getting to suite and the pool not being able to be used.

Although the building itself is in fairly good shape, it appears to be poorly managed. When I checked in, I was given a room that clearly had not been cleaned by housekeeping. The second room at least the beds were changed but little things like not cups, 1 tea bag, no coffee, no hand towels, ect were evidence of poor management of housekeeping. The breakfast was not up to expectations.

We got one of their suites….two dirty wash clothes on the floor and crumbs in the “made” bed. The kitchenette sink handle was busted and you couldn’t turn it on, the bottom cabinet door was falling off. Bathroom sink was clogged and kept backing up. Hair in the shower. Only one bath towel and one wash cloth. When I went to get more, she asked if I would meet her by the laundry room so she could fold some. The front desk lady stayed in printed pajama pants all day. She answered a call and put them on speakerphone while assisting us and talked to them in between talking to us and told them to please hold but we could hear all the loud conversations and noise the person on the phone was having. The room as a whole was not aesthetically pleasing, small living room furniture lined along the wall, minimal decor, one light didn’t work. The card reader on the side door to outside didn’t work so they left it propped open. I couldn’t help but assume they hardly put any of their profits back into the property. I’ve worked for similar owners before and they use to send all their profits back home to their families. They clearly take zero pride in customer experience, cleanliness and professionalism. We will never stay here again.

Alarm came on and it was terribly loud and woke my newborn baby up scared her so bad. No pool towels Room wasn’t cleaned had to get moved to a different room it was terrible

The lobby area is deceiving. Just look behind the front desk counter. From floor to ceiling it’s filthy. And never was there anyone attending the front desk. I ended up piling my key cards on a bunch of other people’s who had “checked out” when we tried to leave. The sink was clogged and we had to brush our teeth and wash our hands in the bathtub. No one answered the front desk or housekeeping phone ever. The absolute grossest thing was that they reused the shampoo and clearly diluted with water. We had like 4 tiny shampoo bottles squished and half used. Gross. The side door wasn’t working so they propped it open with a rock and anyone could walk in. The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor every time we flushed. And to boot the last night the fire alarm came on at 6am bc someone didn’t know how to work the waffle maker correctly. No one called or told us anything. And it kept beeping afterward. I would’ve loved to say something about any of these issues, but again, no one was there. Trash is strewn about the entire outside of the property. It’s awful. Skip.

I want to start by saying that the staff was wonderful and very helpful. I was just very unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room. As I was checking in other guest were complaining on the cleanliness of their rooms. We had to switch one of our rooms and the rooms had a weird smell and the door was broke. The pool was cloudy couldn’t see the bottom and had floating particles. That was the last straw we ended up leaving and they gave us a refund no hassle and very understanding

Exterior doors are broken, pool is unusable, trash all over exterior of the hotel, carpets are filthy, towel dispenser in restrooms were broken, no cups for the coffee maker in the rooms, there was a bag over the smoke detector in our room upon arrival, waffle maker in the kitchen area was dirty, the upholstered chair in our room, had no cushion on it, shampoo and body wash bottles in our room we’re half full and obviously reused,

Light in bathroom out, wifi was budget and unable to even access

We get into our room, try to use the bathroom, the toilet won’t flush & there’s no water in the tank. We go down and ask for a room change. Front desk knocks on the door 4 doors down from original room, asks if anyone’s in there, then unlocks it, makes sure toilet flushes, gives us a key. Room smells like stale blunts. We leave for our events and come back at night. Go to turn on tv, there’s no remote, no biggie we can use the buttons. Doesn’t matter bc there’s no power chord for the tv. It’s connected to cable tho lol.

This is no longer a Hilton property. I was originally checked into a room that was already occupied, then they tried to give me a room that clearly wasn't meant to be used for guests (broken TV, not cleaned in a long time, mismatched furniture cushions), before finally giving me a room that was somewhat acceptable. I do not recommend this place.

They charged me twice for my hotel room the grounds. The property is very dirty with trash everywhere. That hotel is gone down since the very first time I went there and it was owned by different people. They don't keep the coffee full. What else I had to wait two days for towels I kept asking for towels and at $175 a night for the room I was in I should've gotten towels.

Beware! Hotel is in poor shape. Rooms are not well cleaned or stocked with amenities like coffee, cups, towels. 1st room's phone and toilet did not work, bed sheets had a stain on it and beds looked like messy. So they put us in a 2nd room, which was a little better. Property and rooms are not well cleaned or maintained. Only one elevator worked. Door card pads didn't work, so their solution was to prop door open with a rock-- not safe at all! Front desk was not at all concerned. Wish I could have received my money back!

Not very well maintained. Things where dirty. Definitely getting run down. Rocks in all outside doors so there not locked. My rooms safety lock was broken off door. I dont think we will return
