Courtyard by Marriott Toledo North

When we checked in the clerk was more interested in watching the soccer game then checking us in. The condition of the room was fair at best. It definitely needs to be upgraded. There was no breakfast to speak of unless you bought coffee or minions off the item. The TV in the room did not work and then we found out the next day that there was a little trick that you had to do to make the TV work, you don't know unless they would tell you at the desk. The clerk in the morning was helpful and apologize for the inconvenience.

Lack of business acumen, systems, organization and that resulted in very, very, very poor cleaniness, and no maintenance. There was no toilet paper in our room and no shower curtain - so we were unable to take a shower. The carpeting, doors, handles, and walls were filthy. Due to sanitary and health reasons related to allergies we were unable to stay.

Nothing It was dirty , rooms dirty , shower dirty & had hair inside . Bugs n the rooms flying . No room keys for rooms.

the staff was great the flat bread pizza was horrible, The cafe was out of alot of stuff. The keys would not work front desk people had to open everyones doors

Don’t recommend staying here! There were spiders everywhere (in the bed, curtains) housekeeping put their nasty hair all over the bathroom counter and sink. Complete different from my hair type and I keep the sink and counter clean before I leave. I’ve machine broken, the keycards didn’t work, they had to open my room with a key. Staff never apologized or asked about my stay, unfriendly. Overpriced for what you get

Very clean hotel with spacious rooms for the price. The staff were excellent. The toilet was functional but in need of replacement. The ice machines were all under repair.

Everything was amazing. Staff was great property was clean but the only thing I don't like is everywhere else in the world. You can get a free coffee but they make you pay $2.06 and the breakfast was not free and it wasn't even a good breakfast for $20.

Breakfast should have been included. The pool was very small but the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful.

For a higher cost hotel, property is in disarray. Stains on everything, pool was not well maintained. Room had broken electrical outlet, lamp stuck to the wall with tape. The bed was like a rock. Key cards intermittently working.

The lobby People were fighting and someone came to my door 3 times trying to get in. And the room wasn’t as nice had random stains on the couch and the fake headboard/pillows had a rip.

Needs a channel guide for cable.
