Location and parking were good. Staff helpful. I did not try any other amenities including breakfast because room was so very dirty. I took pictures of the caked dust on the lightbulbs of the lamp. The chair was stained and the shower/ bathtub had so much dirt around the surfaces, that I took a wet towel and removed caked up dust/dirt around the perimeters. toliet looked clean but had not been scrubbed underneath. I did not expect a 5 star hotel, I expected wear and tear, but cannot tolerate the room not having been cleaned.

It was adequate for what we needed for our 1 night stay.

Close to relatives

Didn’t job for the night on a business trip

The employees were extremely nice but the hallway reeked of marijuana constantly, the room was so dirty with holes in the bedding and I was pretty upset when my slippers had black all over them because of the dirt and I had a few bugs in the bathroom!! Will not stay again but I guess I got what I paid for.

Very dirty room and rusty bathroom. The bed sheets look nasty. I did not spend the night in that place. I left within 10 minutes and reserved a place at the Marriott for 30 dollars more. Save yourself the headache , it's not worth it .

I went downstairs to speak with the front desk in person.vahe asked why I hadn't called for help, which I had. She then escorted me to the room to see for herself that the water was not working. She again blamed me for not coming down sooner which I reminded her again that ai had called multiple times. She offered to allow me to shower in another room but the car was already packed and we had no time for that. Age refused to give me a refund and that is simply unacceptable.

Our microwave didn’t work, then when we went to the lobby they got mad at us and told us to go back to the room, mind you the day before we told them our microwave didn’t work they did nothing

This hotel is meh, at best. If you are looking for a mostly clean, fairly comfortable, kinda quiet, sorta-safe feeling stop for the night - this one's for you.

Staff was very nice and attentive, need to clean return air vents around food areas

Cars in the parking lot had broken windows. Looked like someone trying to break into them. In the 24 minutes we were there, we saw at least 3 very questionable people who I'm guessing worked at the gentleman's club. After checking in and walking to the room, I walked back to the front desk, turned in my room keys, and left. Did not get my refund for the $100 it cost me, but that's a sacrifice I was willing to make. Avoid this hotel. Stay in a different neighborhood. Also, the Google Street view is diceving. It looks clean and well maintained. No idea when that was recorded but it definitely does not look like that now.

Parking was easy once I was able to enter the lot. Room was very quiet and the staff was extremely helpful.
-
quiet no protein for breakfast

I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast—as a visitor from Europe, I’m used to a somewhat different standard. Although the room was shabby, it was clean and tidied regularly. There is plenty of parking. I have a minor complaint about the laundry room—you need cash to use it; you can’t pay by card 👎 Overall rating—don’t expect luxury, but functional and clean rooms at a relatively decent, fair price.

Over priced and right next to a Strip Club.

Close to where we needed to be. Drugs being dealt at the property, both inside and outside. We even witnessed someone making an exchange through an open window on the ground floor. Marijuana smell in the hall. The only things that were clean were the beds. Carpet was nasty. Refrigerator was dirty. We didn't use the microwave, so I can't comment on that. We were attending a "Celebration of Life" so we weren't in the room except to shower and sleep.

Carpet has never been cleaned, toe nails around the bed, stuff growing off of the walls, broken furniture, tv didn’t work, sink plugged up…need I go on. Paid $200/nt because we were afraid of the $50 rooms other places and we just overpaid for a $50 room. Smh
