Good service/food.

Our room & the facility were clean. Breakfast was ok. Staff complained to guests about call offs at front desk & breakfast person. The lady that was preparing breakfast must not have been trained for that job.,. She was was nervous & frazzled.,,l

Well accommodated

They had good breakfast that was about the best thing that I could say. Everything in that hotel was absolutely filthy from the elevator to the common areas to the room itself. Tiles falling off of the wall, big defects in the walls an electrical outlet that was actually sitting outside the wall itself. It smelled like mildew. Dreadful stay. Someone else paid that’s the only reason why I didn’t leave. Nasty filthy carpet. Nasty filthy deck of the pool. Front desk, staff was extremely lazy, rude and disrespectful.

Nice room, clean Nothing

Good hotel, nothing special but comfortable and well located.

Staff Location and cleanliness

Our experience was something out of a horror movie. We arrived late and exhausted. Upon check in, the first floor smelled overwhelmingly of bleach & chlorine. Our room was on the second floor and the hallway smelled like POOP! Our room had BED BUGS on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom, a MAGGOT in the front entrance floor & a MAGGOT on the ceiling, and a BUG crawling in the tub. Apparently all of the other rooms & Holiday Inns in the area were full. The Manager was of NO HELP but the night desk clerk went out of her way to call a hotel to see if we could stay there as it was 2 am by this point.

Enjoyed my night in Toledo - Good parking with great room to rest my weary bones - Easy check in and check out with a good breakfast to send me on the way

Very fresh clean room. Staff was top notch when above and beyond to clear up once small issue with my room. Parking was well lit with large spaces. Break could use some work like better variety and diabetic friendly

Bad internet connection tv kept going out and we even used our Roku with us

The area had stores and restaurants close by. They had a lot of construction workers staying there.

I thought the room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Really can't think of anything.

This was our 2nd stay here, and I loved it .very clean, very quiet , and very convenient. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful
