Courtyard by Marriott Toledo West

Did NOT clean my room left it trash had to empty my own Trash and get fresh linen and towels and wash clothes along with getting new trash bags very dissatisfied

We had a lot of problems with the keys working and had to keep getting them replaced. Our room was not cleaned one day. We had problems getting confirmations for our stay. But the staff was very nice and helpful.

The walkway to our room had trash and we were there from five Friday to Thursday, and it was never vacuumed! I had to go down and request towels four times during that day! When I asked for maintenance, I received some attitude! I will not recommend this Marriott to anyone!

Decently Clean, outside of property was really nice. Overall stay was good. Except charged for two nights when only stayed one. I paid for room through Booking.com and used another card at hotel for incidentals that they said was $20 for just a hold. That card was charged for a nights stay that I already paid. So we were double charged. Now have to go through trying to get that back. Frustrating ! And Check in Hosts needs to smile and be friendlier. Hall carpets could use cleaning.

great hotel, close to University of Toledo.

we checked in on June 9 and given keys that didn't work went back 2nd set didn't work master keys didn't work so given a different room. The room was ONLY cleaned 1 in a week we had to constantly ask for towels and toilet paper.Then to top it off the last night there on Monday the 15 at midnight we had a call from the front desk to bring down a credit card I prepaid on March3 for the room and when we checked in on the 9 they ran a credit card for incidentals really to call at MIDNIGHT this was after being at the front desk at 4pm as keys didn't work again I will not go back

They charged my credit card twice for one nights stay. They immediately refunded it when I found the error, but always check your statement. This was more than just a hold. It went through as two separate charges.

No luggage carts on arrival

Close to Tolido hospital. Bed had hair on it, an empty booze bottle was under the bed. We booked 4 guests and were supplied 2 towels. It was $150 a night and didn't include breakfast. I'm 6 foot 1 and my feet hung off the end of the bed.

I had a very nice and comfortable room. The location was perfect for amenities close by such as restaurants and shopping. It was very convenient for accessing the freeway too.

Clean, good location, nice beds There was a security event in the parking lot the night we were there. It appeared to be a safe area though.

The room was nice and comfortable. We were very disappointed in the breakfast options as were many others. The Starbucks girl could barely speak English and was clearly understaffed. When booking the room it said breakfast was included but that was not the case. We had to pay for everything on top of the expensive room. The mariott next door will definitely be our choice next time around.

Beds were not as comfortable as we have experienced at other Marriotts. Mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable.

Nice place to stay. Been here twice and both times it was clean and staff was great.

Everything very good Fantastic

It has a microwave which I could use to warm my food. The location is great and the staff are nice.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a com elementary breakfast.
