The doors didn't open had to get staff everytime needed to move rooms want money back or never staying again

Good selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Staff nearby to clean tables quickly. Desk staff very friendly and informative. Room was clean; quiet surroundings.

The property was

Breakfast and their coffee are especially good. The food selection is good and the people working there keep it clean & well stocked. The refrigerator in the room was very loud & noisy. We requested a different one and we did receive a different one, but it was almost as loud with strange sounds.

They tried charging me an unexpected $105 after I had left, thankfully I was able to work it out with my bank. Our key cards didn’t work, we had to be let into our room and pool by staff. The breakfast was very nice

Stayed here a few times before, this time it was obvious up keep maintenance was lacking, from the poorly operating and aesthetically un pleasing window blind, the cut in the fabric in the lounge chair in the room and a poorly created wall paper patch on the wall. The staff was excellent and the lobby and outside were well maintained

All the door locks and keys in the entire hotel stopped working. Rooms were dirty when we checked in at 8 pm - other customers had the same experience- the entire facility was overall dirty and very poorly maintained. Front desk people were nice.

Overall it’s was good place to stay

No room service even if I stayed for 7 days.. the staff kept knocking the door before the checkout time on the last day to clean the room

Everything was lovely, except the room was extremely humid and smelled a bit musty. Otherwise, perfect. Room was clean, in good repair and tastefully decorated staff was friendly. 10/10 except for the strangely humid air.

Left my dentures they put them up for me. When I checked in it took 20 minutes the receptionist was in the back sleep got there around 11.30 at night

The room was large and clean.

My room did not have curtains and when I let them know they just offered me a sheet to cover the window!! Overall service and quality of the room!

Clean and spacious room

Always friendly staff, outdated rooms..moldly in shower and very noisy air conditioner for room 220. We didnt complain but I know they will handle it. Bed was great

Hotel was excellent. Large rooms, clean, great location, close to food and shopping.

Even though I requested to clean the room . It never did. Breakfast was as expected
