Staff was very friendly and efficient complimentary breakfast area nice and clean very quiet it was a weekend and it was nice.

For the price it did the job of a place to sleep. I arrived very late and was already checked in when upon arrival. I slept and then left by check out

This place is awful. The door for our room had very obviously been kicked in recently and they just left it with all the loose nails and all sticking out. Disgusting smelling property, just all around awful. Avoid.

No breakfast Room could have been cleaner. There were visible dust in the wall. The tub too slippery for a senior. One of the beds the springs was sticking up through the mattress. The towels were so dingy that I couldn’t believe it. It look like the towels were so had been used to clean the floor that’s how dingy it was.

Other guests "living" at hotel right next door with ankle monitors and loud til 5a.m. in the morning. They were Outside ALL night, very loud, very rude

The room had a very strong smell in the room, there were flies in the room, there was hair and a lot of unknown stains on sheets and blankets on both of the beds.

Not good for families. May be for solo travel only.

This is seriously the best red roof in I've ever stayed at. Staff is second to none. Big thanks to David.

The staff were friendly. That's about it. I suppose it also could have been WORSE, there were no bugs that I saw. The room felt unclean, the walls were smudged, the mattress was stained in places, the shower was crusty and the microwave that I paid extra to upgrade to a room with barely worked. There was an unsettling hole in the wall, and there were blood stain spots on the towel I was going to use to wash my face. And despite being a no smoking motel, the room distinctly smelled of cigarette smoke.

The hotel was very dirty. They have a very seedy clientele. It kind of felt like a flop house. Lots of shady characters. Kind of hanging out in the parking lot in the hallways as if they live there and not that it's like a hotel.

If it wasn't for David (I believe the night manager), I would not have given the higher rating that I did. The carpet in our room was filthy, and the shower curtains were ripped. David did all that he could for us to make our stop as good as possible, including his concern for a brawl that occurred outside of our room.

Not shoose good time

No niceties, no pleasantries, just... "ID. ID. Second floor. Opposite side. Don't put keys next to phone." Shower had black, pink, brown growth, bottom was grey...disgusting (been in better truck stops). Drawers on dresser screwed shut. Not the cleanest. Not worth the $100.oo/night. Won't be back.

The bathroom was gross. Someone was screaming upstairs and sounded like she was getting beat up.

The Inn was a haven after I drove from Green Bay through heavy downpours and thunderstorms. I have a serious hip injury and I travel with my Service Dog. The staff was very accommodating and assigned me a 1st floor room with easy access.

Thankfully, I was only staying for 1 night.
