Red Roof Inn Toledo - University

Location was good. Staff was friendly enough. Could've been cleaner. Parking lot and outer building needs a good power wash plus tiding up.

Was a moderate hotel but our room did smell like smoke which was pretty gross

Close to the highway. Plenty of room to walk the dogs. No breakfast

Property is in need of some renovations. The light over the sink needed some coaxing to actually work. The mattress had a noticeable dip in the middle on one side.

He arrived he was not very pleasant. He demanded the door be left open until the fire department arrived. He was advised it was shower steam and no fire, he left and the alarm continued to go off. One minute later he came back and the person I was traveling with was still getting dressed and was not decent yet and he demanded the door be opened, I told him we would leave immediately per his request. I was threatened with prosecution and a $10,000 fine for the alarm and I would be charged $250 for smoking. I would also be banned from any red roof inn property. I left the property as instructed. This front desk man needs terminated this is unacceptable especially when the other person I’m traveling with is special needs.

The Location that’s all It was nasty the bathroom the shower and Drugs was being sold on the property men was pulling up to buy and I would not stay there ever again

Clean room. I enjoyed my stay because it was very cleansing environment. It made me feel comfortable.

Starting to see this a most RF's. The room curtains need to be cleaned. It's a filter over a air system that sucks in any smoker outside and sends it through the curtains. Room smells like a smoke room. The rooms get cleaned but not the 6 year old curtains.

Missing charging cable, bad smelling room

Absolutely nothing It’s a drug dealer hotel beyond the fact that the rooms are absolutely disgusting. We would’ve been better off sleeping under a bridge.

Staff was great, fastest check in ever. Room was clean and for the price, would definitely stay at again!

I had employees that travel for work quite often check out 2 days early because of how dirty the rooms were and the smell was awful.

Fix the potholes on the driveway please

This place was absolutely disgusting. I wasn't expecting the 4 seasons but based on other reviews I thought it would be ok for just a quick place to sleep for the night. Walls were filthy, lamp shades stained, sheets stained, holes and stains on the carpet, water leaking from the toilet, broken furniture throughout the room and a smell of smoke that can only come from 50 years of chain smoking.
