Professional and courteous staff at every level. Extremely helpful and responsive. Stayed multiple times and will return. Convenient location.

Everything was good but the bathroom was small and was small to move around once you closed the door. And I use a cane.

It was clean which was the most important. We just needed a place to sleep. The beds are very stiff. It was like sleeping on a hard board. That was the only negative.

Room was a little dated but clean and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the fitness equipment was broken, I chose this hotel because I wanted to workout in the mornings during my stay there. Also, the bathtub was very slippery when I stepped into it, very hazardous. Breakfast was unremarkable, no fresh fruit out.

Clean and very safe. I had time to walk around 2 miles. Felt safe. Staff professional and friendly!

The beds were very uncomfortable hard and the bathroom toilet wasn't working correctly definitely needed some updates doors broken cracks a lot of paint work needs to be done in the flooring throughout the room felt like it had had water damage and was buckled in a lot of spots

I like that it was clean and a quiet atmosphere in the morning time. Staff was lovely nighttime. Staff was a little dry. I didn’t like that there are no big towels and how close the door is to the toilet in the bathroom ??‍♀️??‍♀️ the bed was way too hard. It was not comfortable at all. I feel like for the price I paid. I should at least get a soft bed.

My biggest concern was the bedding. I was moved between three rooms after finding visibly stained bedding and/or hair on the beds. Similar problems existed in all three, and I ultimately had to choose the room where the staining appeared least severe. Guests should not have to compare rooms based on which bedding looks least dirty. I specifically asked for the bedding to be changed and was told it would be. When I returned, the same sheets were still on the bed. I was later told some stains do not come out and hair can remain because of static. Regardless, stained bedding and hair reasonably raise cleanliness concerns, especially after replacement was requested. Other issues included poorly maintained paint and bathrooms, uncomfortable common-area temperatures, and being locked out of my room due to a key-card issue. Most frustrating was the response. I did not feel my concerns were treated with appropriate urgency, and my refund request for the two unused nights was denied based on policy. I was later told I had been satisfied with my stay and that my sheets had been changed—neither reflected my experience. I documented conditions in all three rooms with photos and videos. Given the repeated issues and lack of resolution, I cannot recommend this property unless its cleanliness standards and handling of guest concerns improve significantly.
