Comfort Suites Tomball Medical Center

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many options. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and made good recommendations. Very close to shopping and the event venue I was visiting. Very well lit parking lot. Mini store in lobby was helpful. I had to ask for a iron for my suite. Towels feel cheap and rough, softener might help. Not sure why the pillows are folded in half. Just leave them full and fluffed at the head of the bed, guests don't want to spend time untucking the pillows at bedtime. Parking is a little tight. Refrigerator was noisy in the room.

Very helpful staff!!!!! The hot tub wasn't operational and the business room wasn't functional.

Room was very clean. Staff was excellent. I had my 1 year old grandson with me and forgot his pack and play. I called the front desk and they had one they brought up right away. They even helped me set it up which I really appreciated. There's an indoor pool (4 feet at the deepest) which no one else used while we were there. Pool was clean. There's a section of the pool that I think is supposed to be a hot tub but it was the same temperature as the rest of the pool. We were good without it so no issue there. Breakfast was great! A lot more than I expected. The only downside was there was a musty smell in the lobby area but it wasn't in the rooms so not a big deal.

Beds were really hard, hard to control temperature in A/C, shower curtain was torn made room look worn and old. Sofa sleeper was all coils, really uncomfortable.

Ran out of yogurt and would have been nice to have some fruit Pillow squares? Were not comfortable

Nice and clean along with quiet which is impressive.

Close to where we needed Pool not working hot tub not working and breakfast was good if you got some but going to baseball early they were tending to put out just very little food at a time so everyone didn’t get appropriate amounts maybe bacon maybe not and so honest

Convenient where we were needing and recently priced Pool was not working and we were there for a ball tournament after the third day the pool worked I can’t understand why they wouldn’t have had it fixed before summer started and very disappointed that I can’t get my comfort my points because I booked through Booking.com and never told that

The pillows were awful. little half square pillows and bathroom wasn't very clean.

Not much The pillows were terrible hard and lumpy. And my room had fleas.

Rooms are dated. Linens are terrible. First morning breakfast was pretty good. After that food was awful and do was the coffee.

Overall the room was big and clean and the bed was comfy
