Everything was great as always.

Check in as at 3pm. I got there to check in at 3pm...I was told my room wasn't ready, sat in the waiting area for over 25 min while others checked in...why couldn't I have been given one of those rooms??? Anyways...wouldn't have been a big deal but we had a wedding to get ready for that was at 4:30...

Beds were comfortable but too high for short people. Managed by using my step ladder. I asked for a handicapped accessible shower, but didn’t get one so had trouble getting in and out of the shower. I have a knee prosthetic.
