La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tomball

Our room was nice and very clean. The shower was a little dated and the breakfast could be improved. Overall the price we pd was fair for our stay.

The staff was very kind and helpful

Breakfast was awesome and the lady that was keeping food stocked was so sweet.

Nice breakfast and pools!

Room was so humid that the carpet was wet. Remote did not work--could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk multiple times and no one answered. I checked out early and found a new hotel.

The toilet was broken and didn’t want to flush in the first room, had to get moved to another room, the other room the toilet was also struggling to flush, low water pressure. We passed by a door that the hinges were broken off like someone had broken into the room. Kind of felt unsafe.

Fixtures need cleaning shower pressure was almost non existent.

First room wasn’t fully cleaned, used towels hanging in the bathroom things left in the refrigerator.

The building appeared to have a Fresh coat of paint and for the most part it was a nice stay. The room was fairly nice and the air conditioner worked great. The bed was super comfortable! The metal tub has some Rust on it and a crack near the Overflow plate but the shower worked great and it was plenty of hot water. The pool is oriented so you can get sun light from morning two evening. The breakfast was an average breakfast for La Quinta. The only real negative, and it really wasn't that bad, they didn't have a record of our booking or our check-in. Someone didn't enter it in the computer apparently. But multiple times early that morning someone knocked on the door and tried to open it once. It messed with my sleep little but the door was locked and no one actually came in. They got it straightened out later that morning. I recommend this place as it nice and quiet

Clean room, nice comfortable bed and sheets. Super friendly staff from housekeeping to front desk. Nice hot water for showering. Budget friendly.

This is a really nice hotel , the amenities and the room I stayed in was great and all , I personally don’t like pets in hotel hygienically , they also bark and disturb the peace during morning hours for surrounding guests from or of a restful nights sleep , you can’t get that with pets ,Eveything else was Great!

Breakfast needs enhancement, both in quantity and quality.

This hotel Jack’s the price is up on the weekends, especially if it’s like a holiday weekend we stayed two or three nights there and then we wanted to add on one night and it was gonna be like twice the price so needless to say we found a cheap cheap room cheap $50 a night and we chose to stay there and we were so pleased we did it was called kompose hotel Houston and I don’t think that I’ll ever go to La Quinta again

The property itself was fine. We had 3 people listed in our accommodations and we didn't have enough towels in our room, we didn't have sheets for the sofa bed, we didn't have enough pillows, and when we called the front desk the lady was very rude. This was a distinct contrast to our stay at a different La Quinta property. The breakfast was lacking and was never refilled so people were coming down and there wasn't any food available.

The staff members were all great except the gentleman who didn't think our microwave smoking was an issue or the fact the TV didn't work and was very unhelpful. I had to pull the furniture out to unplug the microwave for our own safety. The bathroom had mold and the tub was broken in multiple places. As well as the missing screen in the window on the third floor ( we had to open the window due to the microwave smoking and burn smell). The price did not match the room we received.

Close to hospital as it was necessary. Very well maintained, friendly staff and very helpful. I would stay again.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was also good. The sofa wasn't too clean but the rest was pretty clean.
