Residence Inn Houston Tomball

They took out three payments over 180 dollars each. No reason specified. I have already paid my room in full so no reason for that. Very un happy with that.

The room was nice and clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay again when I come back to visit my family.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Got in late after a baseball tournament, got to our room about 10:30pm, the turning bolt lock was broke, there was leftover food in the fridge. Moved to another room down the hall, smelt musty, mold in the shower and a cockroach crawled out of the extra roll of toilet paper.

Absolutely zero complaints about the hotel/property. The ONLY thing was, and it wasn’t the end of the world, but the water pressure wasn’t amazing. I have long, thick, curly hair - I was able to rinse it, just took a while. It was my first time to Texas/Houston area and I would definitely go back

This property was a situated at a good location . Upon arriving the facility was very clean and inviting . The front desk clerk Mr Mike was very inviting , nice and punctual. Our room was clean and comfortable and it was an adding bonus to get a studio apartment styled room for the price paid . Satisfied with our stay , will definitely return . No complaints

Clean. Well maintained. Comfortable beds Shower head in room was not great. I think I could’ve taken a better shower with a water hose. The jet options on shower head were all low pressure and not great. There was not a sofa bed bedding set (sheets, pillow, blanket) in closet to make sofa bed comfortable. The ice machine on the 4th floor didn’t work.

Justin at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Excellent stay overall.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was very polite, kind, hospitable, and informative. Isiah the night auditor was so kind and looked out for my daughters when they left and returned from a night out in downtown Houston and I thought that was exceptionally kind of him. The breakfast was really good and had a good variety of food. We appreciated that the property was located very close to an open air shopping center as well.We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

A/C was very loud & didn’t cool room very well. Second night was a bit cooler. Little sleep & uncomfortable temperature The Shower had very low water pressure & took a while for water to warm up.

and bed was as if someone was laying there before we got in and understood rooms are big things can be missed but need better handwash maybe Breakfast was good staff was excellent bed was comfy Couch needs wiping

Nice and New. Clean and Staff was great. There is some shopping and food new by but not within walking distance. It does make it hard that you pretty much have to use the toll road to get here.
