Residence Inn Houston Tomball

Staff were snooty when confronted about the size of the bed in the room.

Good stay due to a local emergency! Clean large room, safe location, good beds and great a/c! Breakfast good - just too much NOISE. Three tv’s all loud and on different channels PLUS the ambient hotel music made breakfast a grating unenjiyable experience- turn the noise down please!

We arrived 1.5 hours early and were allowed to check in, free of charge. All the breakfast staff were also great. They were constantly cleaning areas with a smile.

This is my go to place to stay in Tomball.

Very good, clean rooms, staff was great

Staff was very nice. Breakfast. Well, that was a different story. Again, we were in town for a family funeral and we got up the next morning thinking we were going to have breakfast before a 10:30 funeral and low and behold, we went down and the kitchen closed at 9:00am. We were not going to have time to stop anywhere to eat because of the drive time and the time of arrival that we had to be there. A friend of ours that was attending the funeral came by the hotel and she fussed until they opened the kitchen up to us to grab something to eat. We ended up with cold boiled eggs and fruit. There was no coffee at all left and no juice. The Pool.. The pool was very dirty with leaves and we only allowed my granddaughter a few minutes in the pool. If I stay in Tomball again, I will consider another hotel.

This place was dirty and had roaches. I would never recommend this place

Got to use the gym a few days nice kept all machines working. Pool area and patio nicely kept as well.

They took out three payments over 180 dollars each. No reason specified. I have already paid my room in full so no reason for that. Very un happy with that.

The room was nice and clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay again when I come back to visit my family.

Extreme

Staff was very kind and helpful. Got in late after a baseball tournament, got to our room about 10:30pm, the turning bolt lock was broke, there was leftover food in the fridge. Moved to another room down the hall, smelt musty, mold in the shower and a cockroach crawled out of the extra roll of toilet paper.

Absolutely zero complaints about the hotel/property. The ONLY thing was, and it wasn’t the end of the world, but the water pressure wasn’t amazing. I have long, thick, curly hair - I was able to rinse it, just took a while. It was my first time to Texas/Houston area and I would definitely go back

This property was a situated at a good location . Upon arriving the facility was very clean and inviting . The front desk clerk Mr Mike was very inviting , nice and punctual. Our room was clean and comfortable and it was an adding bonus to get a studio apartment styled room for the price paid . Satisfied with our stay , will definitely return . No complaints

Clean. Well maintained. Comfortable beds Shower head in room was not great. I think I could’ve taken a better shower with a water hose. The jet options on shower head were all low pressure and not great. There was not a sofa bed bedding set (sheets, pillow, blanket) in closet to make sofa bed comfortable. The ice machine on the 4th floor didn’t work.

Justin at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Excellent stay overall.
