Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tomball/Houston NW

It was a horrible experience my 12 year old son could feel the energy the young boys that works at the front desk attitude was nasty along with the mom . They were snobbish people breakfast was a joke!! Went to holiday inn paid the same amount breakfast was wonderful. I wouldn’t stay here if they gave me free rooms Be more respectful

Exterior and lobby seemed clean and well maintained but when we got into our room it appeared that only the sheets had been changed and nothing else was cleaned from the previous guest: powdered makeup on the sink counter, not a new toilet paper roll, “personal” hairs in the bathtub, unswept/unmopped tile floors in the main areas, aged grime in the corners by baseboards. This seems persnickety but it’s indicative that surfaces and floors weren’t even wiped down with a dry cloth or broom let alone sprayed with cleaners or disinfectants. We checked in at 1:30am and it’s disappointing that staff had the entire day to make sure the room was ready. In addition to the uncleanliness, we couldn’t stay asleep through the knocking mini fridge - frankly I understand not having the funds to replace an appliance in the room, in which case remove the malfunctioning appliance. We had our toddler with us and if it wasn’t for desperately needing to get her to sleep in a bed after being on the road for 8 hours we would have gone elsewhere. We wouldn’t let her walk on the ground without socks/sandals on and we left as soon as we could the next morning. I hate writing this as the staff were so so kind to us at check-in and check-out but overall I am so disappointed. We got our nights sleep in what we hope was a clean bed in a safe interior room hotel so we at least baseline got what we paid for.

close to downtown area The room was not clean. The shower curtain couldn't be closed because the tiles that held up the bar were cracked. The baseboard in the bedroom area was pulling off the wall. No one was ever at the front desk, and when we pressed the buzzer no one ever came. The breakfast was cold cereal, waffles, and yogurt. A JOKE!

Hidden gem of tomball

Great customer service and very nice room. More than 1 washer and dryer for the whole hotel would be great. I waited over 2 hours to use the one dryer.

It was clean and quiet. I didn’t need the staff and I didn’t use any amenities. Great value for a low rate. Close to all the Tomball places to go/do/eat. Do recommend for folks who really just need a clean and quiet place to sleep while they explore the area.

Very clean room and hotel. We were impressed at how shiny and clean the floors were when you first walk in. Very comfortable for just a night or weekend away... we enjoyed ourselves. Couldn't find the ice machine...lol.
