Comfort Suites Topeka Northwest

Breakfast was fine but the staff was fabulous. Both check in and breakfast. The hotel is showing its age.

Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was not running - had to turn fan on continuous. Overall this was comfortable room.

Our favorite person is the Breakfast Lady. This woman is your biggest asset. She's friendly, cheerful, helpful and the breakfast room is always spotless and well stocked. Also liked the new manager. We stay at your hotel when we visit family in the area. This manager is friendlier than previous ones.

It was easy to find, right near the interstate. The staff was great! Very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent... the best i have had almost anywhere. The Eggs were fresh eggs, not scrambled egg mix. Everything was fully stocked up until end of breakfast time. If there were people in dining area, there was plenty of food available! Room was quiet and stayed cool easily even when it was very hot outside. I would stay there again!

The assistant manager that helped us check in was amazing. The lady cooking the breakfast was so awesome friendly and sweet Remote did not work for our tv when we showered the bathroom flooded air conditioning was not very good at all when we asked the housekeeper to take our trash she screamed at us telling us she was not supposed to be there and she didn’t do trash

Anytime that I've come into town and stayed at the Comfort Suites it's always been a pleasant stay. Thank you to all the staff!!

This entire hotel needs a face lift. The AC didn’t work in our room or the gym. The wallpaper was peeling and the carpet was sticky and musty. When I brought my concerns to the front desk staff (after waiting for them to finish their cigarette) I was told, “we always tell maintenance but nothing gets done,” followed by a laugh. I didn’t think it funny. Also, why are staff smoking next to a sign that literally reads “this is a non-smoking property.” ?

Thanks. For the price it was a good deal. The breakfast was a little sparse, but I guess for the price it was a good breakfast.
