Anytime that I've come into town and stayed at the Comfort Suites it's always been a pleasant stay. Thank you to all the staff!!

This entire hotel needs a face lift. The AC didn’t work in our room or the gym. The wallpaper was peeling and the carpet was sticky and musty. When I brought my concerns to the front desk staff (after waiting for them to finish their cigarette) I was told, “we always tell maintenance but nothing gets done,” followed by a laugh. I didn’t think it funny. Also, why are staff smoking next to a sign that literally reads “this is a non-smoking property.” ?

Thanks. For the price it was a good deal. The breakfast was a little sparse, but I guess for the price it was a good breakfast.

Cleanliness could have been better.

Forgot my Dawgs flip flops. Called back and they found them. Put in bag and I picked up 3 days later coming back through Topeka. They were old and wore out but gift from my deceased mother so very glad to have them back. Big thank you to Stephanie from room 326

The staff was polite and helpful The Egg's for breakfast and the meat servings were only pork

The sofa bed in our room was broken. The whole frame was bent at the bottom so my kids kept sliding off overnight. breakfast was cold, all of it. We got there right when they opened it. We got a good nights sleep for cheap and that’s why we booked the hotel so none of that was a huge issue. The air conditioning worked, the pool is heated, the staff is friendly. The place needs a little makeover but we got what we paid for minus the bed the kids couldn’t sleep in.

Convenient location and cheap. Rooms weren’t bad. Where do I begin? We got there only to find out the sauna that is advertised was not working and when we asked about the pool because we stayed here a year ago and the heater wasn’t working. We asked if it was working and we were told by the front desk agent, “heater in the pool is working and we keep the water at 90°”. We took our kids down and it was definitely NOT heated. Within 5 minutes of being in the pool we all had to get out because it was so cold and our kids teeth were chattering. maybe 60°, but definitely not 90°. Also, my husband woke up in the middle of the last night staying there saying he felt something crawling on him. That morning we found 3 bites on him that now that the swelling has gone down, are obviously spider bites. Also, you have hide a bed sofas in every room but when asked for a pillow for my daughter to use with the bed I was told yall only have enough pillows for the rooms? Why have sofa beds if you don’t have a full bedding set. We had to go buy a pillow from the store so that she had a pillow to use.

Clean but dated. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean but definitely could use a remodel.

The 2 queen and couch suit was huge....nice couch and vanity and beautiful bathroom vanity. Other than that they will see me again especially at breakfast The pool area was smaller than most hotels and the tub was outdated

The hotel was old and not keep up... Not family friendly.

The cost and location were good. The beds were good. One staff member was good, Sunday morning. The door wasn't locked when we arrived. There were no bath towels when we arrived. When I asked for some Saturday morning, the staff member said that he was busy, so I needed to go get them myself, and then he wasn't friendly when I picked up the towels or at breakfast. The main light at the entry was missing the cover; the light bulbs were exposed. One of the lamps was missing a nut that holds the shade on, and it nearly fell off several times. There appeared to be mold growing in the caulk in the shower.

The room was run down and had poor lighting.
