Traveling home alone, I found the
-
The room was clean and very spacious.

Breakfast was nice, sheets seemed clean. Location felt safe. Wow. The hotel pictures were not accurate. In the main lobby, there was very obvious water damage. The elevator was missing buttons. The hallways smelled like weed. The staff was not available after checking in for an additional blanket. The room’s bathroom shower was excessively caulked with an added support for a shelf instead of replacing. The carpet was threadbare.

The room was VERY nice, very roomy, the beds very comfortable. Easily one of the nicest places I've stayed! Thank you!!

Room smelled of Smoak let front desk know.

We stayed on the weekend and needed to leave the area early. Breakfast was not served until 7am.We were told at check in that breakfast started at 6am.

Need to update website

Our room was very clean and someone had left a light on so that we did not walk into a dark room. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had included with room. The lady doing breakfast truly cares that you have an enjoyable but quick breakfast.

The location was great. With all the construction on I70 was easy to get there. The staff was amazing.

The staff on duty couldn't have been nicer. But the room wasn't as clean as i would expect and it had one dead cricket under the pillow and at least one live one hopping around. We didn't stay to see if there were more. Because there were no other rooms, we were given a full refund. A piece of luggage that had been accidentally left in our haste in leaving the room, was kindly returned. So, there's no problem with the people! But $150 for a few hours with some crickets is overpricing!
