The rooms were big however they smelled like cigarettes even though we had a non smoking room.

Más o menos limpia y no había HABÍA AGUA CALIENTE EN LA REGADERA. Today mi estancia me bañé con agua fría excepto el primer día. NO ME GUSTÓ NADA HABER ESTADO AHI, mi depósito aún no ha sido reembolsado y quedaron de darnos el 25% de compensación y aún no recibo nada.

Traveling cross country so just needed a night's sleep. Clean, basic room that was great for our needs and a good price. Would have enjoyed taking our coffee out to the pool area to enjoy. Very pretty pool area.

The only dealing I had with the staff was the front desk and they were very pleasant and helpful.

Avoid! Crackheads at the bar and drug peddlers in the lot.

You get what you pay for. Seeing the broken window glass in the parking lot was the first red flag. The 2 free cocktails at "happy hour" was nice but quickly realized it 's definitely to distract you from the state of the hotel. The toilet in my bathroom started to leak, and was quickly assigned another room. The new room had no working TV, sticky rug and loud refrigerator.

Air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet and very loud. Faucet was difficult to use and made loud clunk when turn on and off. Shower fixtures were falling off the shower walls. Pool was green and cloudy.

Love coming here to stay, rooms are always clean, the toilet was stuck and didn’t flush right this time, but other than that. Awesome place to stay at!

It didn’t start out well when we were given a room that was already occupied. Seemed to be a little confusion when fixing it. The room was fine but didn’t look like it had been dusted. The sink faucet needs to be fixed; I worried it would break (I let the staff know). Beds and pillows were comfortable and although there was noise from outside, the ac fan took care of that. The outdoor area looks really nice but we didn’t use it (others were). In fact, there quite a few watching soccer in the main area and enjoying themselves. Breakfast was great.

Hotel was nice and clean. Room was not ready upon arrival and no kind of courtesy any kind was offered.

Hot water boilers were broken no hot water

Overall great, but with these exceptions. Maybe we were at the end of the plumbing line for hot water, or everybody showering at the same time as we, but the water temp was barely warm. (temporary or fixable?) Also, the WiFi was poor. I noticed more motels still advertise 'free' WiFi, but want to charge for 'better' WiFi. I choose the free and was barely able to check email or book the next motel on our journey.(again, temporary or fixable) Super breakfast.

The facility was clean The hot water wasn’t working for the four days I stayed. The room was never cleaned or towels replaced, and the lighting over the sink was very dim.

We enjoyed this visit from the start with a friendly and helpful registration person right thru to the clean and fresh room, easy access pool, lively cocktail hour and complimentary breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

Have stayed many times. The only place that we know of in Topeka with an authentic Happy Hour! Great breakfast too. It never disappoints!

The first night we were there, the shower water was cold. It later was warm enough. The remote for the TV only worked if the person was sitting on the end of one of the beds. The conditioner was rock hard and would not come out of the bottle, obviously very old. For a hotel that is relatively new, it had the feeling of being old and run-down. We won't go there again.

Not much The homeless people checking in at 11 at night. I stood in line for about 25 minutes waiting. In the morning there was NO hot water and not enough food on buffet. I had to check into another hotel for $115 and pay for breakfast. The hotel refused to offer any more than 25% back. I spent $148 on that room. The bathroom was gross.
