Staff worked hard and were nice. Wall are thin and next door was loud.

There were bedbugs and roaches. The breakfast was horrible!

Overall not a bad facility just needed some TLC

I tried taking a shower twice and couldn’t due to NO hot water. Rooms I noticed had built up moisture in the room felt sticky. Bottom of hot tub needs fixed. I hurt my foot on the bottom. The fridge hardly got cold in the room.

My room didn't feel as clean as it should have been. I was missing trash bags in the cans, the carpet felt a little sticky in places. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom had large chunks of grout missing and the tiles were coming up, not to mention the debris and whatever was stuck inside the cracks. I won't be staying here again.

The property is convenient to several eating choices. Either fast food or sit down. I would stay here again.

Ice machine was broken. Could hear people upstairs stomping on the floor.

My room was downgraded to a room with a tv that worked due to their new tvs in some rooms not being set up. I tried endlessly to get the room downgrade price difference refunded. Robert, the GM, continues to neglect calls and emails from Expedia (who I booked through). This hotel is in dire need of renovation (bath tub + ceiling had mold) and the front desk staff seem just as unhappy to be there.

The hot tub didnt work. Was like sitting in a.luke warm bath...one of main reasons stayed there.for my back.
