Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Topeka West, KS

Beds They charged my card more than what was on the tablet when I signed by over $200

Location The living room television did connect the front desk person go it work on our 1st day

Room was clean comfortable The toilet and sink didn't work properly or at all at some points. When we got in our room the toilet was refilling itself, okay whatever weird toilet. Upon turning on the sink it sputtered put out a pitiful stream. Then it didn't work in the morning

This is a very clean, nice hotel in a great location.

Exceptional

Superb

Facility was clean and beds were comfortable. However it's a bit shabby and could use an update. Okay for a night and for the price

Staff was friendly and rooms were decent. A little dated and rooms were slightly run down

Exceptional

Nice property and conveniently located

D

It was quite and convenient to find places to eat close by. We enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool and hot tub.

The pool How broken the couch and chair was also the tv in the first area didn’t work

Pleasant

The staff was very friendly The pool was gross! No alarm clocks in the room.

Clean and comfortable stay

Noon checkout Clean facilities Next to hooters lol Safe cons: the bedroom had a funky smell we couldn’t get rid of it and it was over powering The beds suck

The room seemed clean enough, but everything was pretty run down. Everything felt really cheap, The pool and hot tub looked nice, but we didn't get to partake, and the breakfast area looked clean with good quality food (we also did not partake due to sleeping late. The later check out was nice. The room layout was questionable, at best. I ordered a suite with a pull-out couch and was provided that, but in the bedroom, there were two beds.... facing each other. Would not recommend staying here.

Very clean facility with a friendly and helpful staff.
