We've stayed here many times. It is a good value and a hot buffet breakfast is included. They offer 24 hr available coffee by breakfast area. Our room was clean and up to date. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Wayne went the extra mile for us! The breakfast was great and everything was clean and well taken care of.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice. The room smelled of cigarettes. A lot of noise from inside and out.

Great location, close to the highway, with gas stations and plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel is quite old. Our room was not very clean — the buttons on the bedside lamps were visibly dirty, and it was honestly unpleasant to touch them. The bedding was clean, but the rest of the room clearly needed a much more thorough cleaning. The soundproofing was also poor. It was quite noisy, and we were woken up during the night by doors closing in neighboring rooms. The breakfast was very limited, and the breakfast area in the lobby was far too small. We had to wait in a long line for scrambled eggs and then wait again for a table to become available.

The only negative thing was late Friday night traffic noise on SW Wannamaker Road. Other than that it was a good stay!

A wonderful surprise in Topeka....

If I stay in Topeka again, I’ll definitely stay here! The beds and room were super comfortable, everything was well-maintained, modern, and there were no unpleasant smells. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so so, but I understand how expensive food is these days, and everything else was more important than our preference in foods. Definitely worth the stay.

Shelby helped me out a lot. I had a family emergency while back at home and needed to move my reservation to the next day but I booked with booking com and it made things harder but he kept on top of it. Just book with the hotel, it's easier. I will book with this hotel again.

AC not working properly.

We liked this hotel so well on our trip up north that we booked it for our return trip home. Easy access from the highway, quiet, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. We will be back on our next trip.
