Room was clean and comfortable The showehead in our room needs to be replaced very poor water flow. Also the receptionist at the front desks had too many responsibilities,she checked people in,was the bartender and the cook for the Placery,which is not a restaurant as described.

The location was ok on the outskirts of town. The staff was very nice. For such an expensive room, it did not live up to it’s hype. For example, their was mold in the corners of the shower, the TV remote quit working, the toilet seat was not screwed down properly, the window had moisture between the panes, and the shade did not go down easily.

Kind staff. Nice refurbishment. Good value. Close to the highway. Heard trucks all night. The entire hotel was refurbished except for the bathroom. The water in the shower backed up.

This hotel is definitely aged. Why they do not keep the pool and carpets updated is beyond me. Needs maintenance.

The breakfast wasnot up to par, the coofee was cold and when we complained the staff said she would go brew some new coffee, but she never told us when it was new hot coffee. maybe you should check out the Holiday Express breakfast.

Location was convenient and the room didn’t smell Bathroom was cramped and floor tiles were loose, breakfast was lacking, no ice machine on my floor, stairwells looked like some started removing paint and then gave up without cleaning
