Rooms not clean, Hallways not clean, hotel is run down… no microwave in room. Other than that it was alright for a night or two.

We came in late in the evening, so we went there very long, but our experience was great

Room was nice and clean. The staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was tasty. The hotel itself could use some maintenance. For example, the lobby bathroom only had 1 working stall (of 3) and there were water stains on ceiling tiles in the first floor hallway. Overall, we had a nice stay.

The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast would have been better if it was hot instead of warm.
-
Breakfast was somewhat lacking but not horrible. Only stayed one night just passing through from Wisconsin on the way to Mesa.

Made the reservation through expedia. when we got there at 11:30 pm to check in, there were 3 other families there to check in. All of us had made reservations through expedia, but there were no rooms available. After 30 minutes of the desk clerk on the phone with someone, we were told that they had no rooms available. Why are rooms being advertise when there are none available? We ended up having to call around and found a room at another hotel. I don't know if it was expedia's issue or the hotel, but it was inconvenient and a waste of time.

Clean and good to stay with family.

It looks like they are doing some remodeling... so any areas that were in question seem like they are getting fixed. It was a nice, clean room.
-
Then we went to our bedroom, and I had a gross stain of some sort streaked all across the top of my bedspread. That was the last straw. We just went right back out and asked for our money back.
-
The night clerk was very helpful and cordial. He located a charging cord for my old flip phone that I had forgotten to bring and also computed a map for man old friend's address. So nice!
-
Air-conditioning was too loud to facilitate a good night's rest. Better maintenance of your units was needed, as it was not apparent until we were ready for bed late at night.
-
Spacious, clean, and very comfortable room. Would definitely stay again.
-
The room was awesome! Comfortable beds and pet friendly. You'd never know that they're pet friendly. No smells in the room. Reasonably priced.

Within walking distance of the state capital. Few blocks from the Farmers market and multiple shops, bars and restruants. Beautiful

Quiet

The door latch to my room needs some attention. It was very hard to lock, but I was able to lock it with considerable effort, however my wife couldn’t.
-
The room was super spacious for my family with plenty of sleeping quarters. It was very clean with excellent service. I didn't like how I pick hotels according to pools and free breakfast for my family and I and the pool was not refilled by the morning for my kids to enjoy swimming.

They were understaffed - the ones who were there were doing their best and were very nice. But it took two hours to find any bedding that didn't have feathers and they didn't seem to understand how to check or keep them separate for allergy sufferers. The coffee was bad, nothing fresh or high in protein for breakfast (worse than usual hotels like this.) There was a dog across the hall that barked and howled until 12:30 am. The shower room was tiny and the light in it was burnt out so I left the door open (fortunately I was traveling alone).
