we feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Place is unclean

I like the queen beds, the bathroom, air conditioning, television and refrigerator. Closet was different. Like the spaciousness of the room. It was unusual for the clerks not to be at the desk. When I did have contact with the staff, they were friendly. Like the location.

You get what you pay for. Older property. Smelled, no breakfast, nothing special.

We were moved from our room 136 to 157 because 136 got flooded. Well on Monday June 29th we were relocated to room 157 on our 4th week at the Hotel. Our keys never worked to get access into our room. We had the inconvenience on having to walk to the front desk for them to open our door for each time we went out. At times would take up to 20 minutes of eating to get into our room. Room was also dirty, there was dog poop under the bed, pubic hair in the refrigerator and bathroom everywhere. Once again good thing we carry cleaning supplies with us. These Extended Stay Hotels used to be nice 20 years ago. Now they are falling apart and the cleaning people don’t take pride in their jobs. Maybe if they pay them better they will do a better job on cleaning. Front desk staff were great. We paid close to $5,000 to stay here from June 6, 2026 to July 3, 2026.

We had the worst experience, at first we were in room 136, our bathroom got flooded twice during our 3 week stay in the room. The microwave was rusted and I asked to be replaced the first day we arrived and Bobby the manager said he will order one to replace it and never got replaced. Rooms are horrible, we found pubic hair all over the restroom and room. Good thing we carry our swifter and cleaning supplies.

It was very nice and comforting and so well maintained!!

Nothing ,the staff was razecist, the room was dirty, the soonest we walk in we walk out The staff on front desk asked if I spoke English but when I call they speak Spanish to me

We always had to wait for someone to come to front desk if we needed to request anything. Also there was no instruction we had to throw our own garbage. Signs to designated garbage was not easily visible. The hallways always smelled of garbage and rotten food.

Scary area

Not a very well maintained, or clean property. Ok for those who need a weekly place to live. Not for vacationers or travelers. Construction of a new building across the street. Workers started with hammers at 7:00am.

Water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom and the bathroom sink did not have a stopper in it. It became clogged. I asked for a wake up call and the agreed to call me. Then the next morning no call at all and I was 30 minutes late. When I complained, they said that they don’t do wake up calls anymore. So why did they agree to it in the first place?

Stayed there for three nights every day we had to get our room key fixed because it would not open the door. There was a live spider underneath the bedding in the sheets. False advertisement on the website indicating cooking facilities and a continental breakfast there was no continental breakfast whatsoever not even a room for the continental breakfast. There was not one coffee cup in the room only a sink and a microwave and two burners was not able to utilize the room the way we intended on using it.

The hotel is old and run down. Our room was not properly cleaned. I found dirt, hair and debris all over the floors, in shower and in the corners of the room. Countertops in bathroom and kitchen area had not been wiped down. The only good thing I can say is there appeared to be fresh sheets on bed and towels in bathroom.

Location and kitchen. Kitchen utensils and cookware needs to be replaced. Old and mismatched. No toaster available.

I will definitely never stay at this poor-quality hotel again. On top of that, it was expensive. Very disappointing experience.

It was just awful! It smelled bad, there was no service and the WiFi didn’t connect the room was very basic to be a suite

It was convenient .

Small lobby, and no free Breakfasts

Location Room didn't have shampoo/conditioner; no ice machine on site, if you misplace a room key, they charge you $5.50 for a new one; microwave had some food explosion still in it. I overheard a guest telling the front desk clerk about a suspicious person in the parking lot casing vehicles, and the clerk told the guest THEY had to call the police to report it.

No breakfast, smelt like roaches, bathroom had purple stuff all over it
