it was functional for the day that I stayed, but I wouldn’t let my kids crawl on the ground. I understand that they were shortstaffed and not much of a security outside.

Did nor stay rooms had plugged up sinks, were moved to another room sheets were stained and bugs running around floor.

Stayed one night, easy check in, super friendly staff member, unfortunately forgot her name but she was working the evening. Love that they are pet friendly, no issues for my boston terrier.

Dirty hotel that is dated from the 90’s

Staff were perfect and the place was everything we needed.

Nothing at all give misleading information and make you feel uncomfortable when you arrived to there establishedment. No greetings just stares which is very unprofessional.

Please need a major renovation and deep cleaning. Bathroom leaking shower tub not draining peeing paint. The place is just dirty. Whoever clean that place needs to get some training on how to clean it or maybe it was just neglected because it’s one of those long-term stay and maybe that room has been taken for a while.

Everything was okay, except there was a stain on the pillow case. Good thing I brought my own pillows.

The room had an ancient refrigerator that made an incredibly loud noise all night, making it almost impossible to sleep. The pillows smelled unpleasant, and the bathroom towels were old, stained, and looked like they should have been replaced years ago. The main entrance door was broken during our stay, which was both inconvenient and concerning. The carpets were dirty and had a strong odor that was difficult to forget. One more thing: the hotel advertises that the mall is only a 3-minute walk away, but that is simply not true. It is much farther than advertised, so don’t rely on that information if you’re planning to walk. Overall, this hotel was very disappointing. It urgently needs better maintenance, deep cleaning, and honest advertising.
