Room was very clean and spacious, and the daily breakfast was excellent. One problem was that there were no elevators to the 2nd and 3rd floors which is at least 15 steps up. As seniors, the walk up with luggage was very difficult. No ground floor rooms were available. Also the outdoor stairway is covered with bird poop and need to be cleaned or shielded from the birds.

On checkout day, I called to ask about extending my stay and, when that wasn’t available, requested a late checkout because my daughter had just finished an overnight shift and was asleep. Instead, I received repeated calls asking us to leave, and housekeeping came to the door. At no point was I told I had violated any hotel policy or that my conduct could result in future reservations being canceled. I later made another reservation through Expedia for the same property for the next day. I was never notified that it had been canceled and only learned after arriving to check in. I was told I would not be allowed to stay, despite never having been warned of any issue during my earlier stay. The experience left my daughter and me without accommodations that evening while we waited for the reservation charges to be reversed. A week and counting funds still have not been released from a cancelled reservation, by hotel. I left my room spotless. Based on my experience with the front desk’s handling of the situation and the lack of communication regarding my reservation, I cannot recommend this property.

The suite I stayed in was very clean, roomy, quiet, it smelt nice, the staff were friendly and accommodating. . For some reason I smelt breakfast being served at the bottom floor...haha My mistake not requesting a bottom suite. I had a lot of stuff to carry up and down, No elevator. I really gotten my work out for sure.

This just worked out real good for us, we didn’t eat the breakfast nor did we use the pool or workout room, the hot tub was not working maybe the heater wasn’t working as some people using it said that it was the same temp as the pool. Would stay here again, especially if we are staying for any length of time

Our stay was great until the last hour. There’s construction in the street or lot next door and they hit a water pipe shutting down our water right around check out time. After we ate breakfast we packed and tidied up and right as I was about to hop in the shower … nothing. My daughter was in a room near us and called freaking out but I thought nothing of it til I checked our water. They initially gave her a 30 min extension because she still needed to get ready but couldn’t with no water. I called and caught a different employee that had just walked in and she allowed us an extra 2 hours. I had my daughter call again and they gave her an extra hour. Original checkouts were 11am now 1pm for us and 1230 for her. By 1230, still no water. We all checked out at 1 and still no water. We had no showers or water to brush our teeth with. Our room keys had been shut down at 11 so we had to go to the front desk to get them activated because we all got locked out and needed to get our things into our vehicle. We had to use the restroom by the pool because we couldn’t even use our toilets due to no water. I have family in town which is why we were there, I arranged for us all to shower there. At checkout, they informed us that since we booked through a 3rd party, they had no way to discount us for our troubles but they offered refreshments and we happily accepted. Pool was nice, heater was broken so hot tub was just a warm tub with jets. Breakfast was better than most places!

The room was clean and comfortable. Someone below us had pets with them and the garden bed next to their room, next to the stairs, stunk of dog feces the whole time.

I like the way it looks & the front desk people are very nice. I stayed on the 3rd floor with no elevator lol & the jacuzzi wasn't hot & my iron didn't work.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was great. It has a full kitchen or a nice breakfast in the morning . Dining options near by

Above Average Hot Breakfast that is Well Supervised by Staff- we visited the LA Convention Center and Santa Monica Beach btw Marijuana, hard to avoid in California I get it, but this supposedly smoke free property still had Marijuana Smoke.. all over the complex

The room was very spacious, well designed and had great amenities. The checking staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty good for hotel food. Nice outdoor area to hang out.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect and close to everything we needed, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

Our favorite place to stay while visiting family nearby. We come a couple times a year and this place is always consistently clean, comfortable and has the best breakfast! Easy check in and close to beaches without paying the beach hotel price. Love the spacious suites with full kitchen and living areas and that it is pet friendly.

For a family of five, the two-room layout with three beds worked perfectly for us. It provided enough space and comfort while still being very convenient. We stayed here for seven nights and enjoyed a wonderful vacation. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for family travel. We especially appreciate the spacious room setup, which made our stay much more relaxing. Overall, this is a great option for families on short trips or vacations, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

Staff was great when we checked in. I heard they were having problems getting rooms ready. but they gave me an upgrade and checked me in some people were told it would be 15 to 30 min. We like staying here the location is good for us. the rooms have a different bedroom for the kitchen and front room. they do allow pets so we did have pet hair on the bathroom floor. A plus they do offer Breakfast free. overall a good stay and we will be back.
