Breakfast was great for a hotel, every single employee was incredibly friendly and service oriented. The hotel smelled clean at all times. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I would like recommend this to everyone visiting Tracy!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was a challenge with the out of town workers staying there.

Breakfast was really good, location great. It certainly wasn't a "luxury" hotel. Most Best Westerns are better. Price was too high for the product.

We stayed over night for a softball tournament. Close to the fields. Room was quiet.

First of all I wanted to take my kids to the pool and there was like 10-15 guys drinking and being so loud since like 1pm. I asked the front desk if they can let me know when they were gone so I can take my kids, well that never happened. Then we left the hotel and when we got back around 10pm now they were in the front of the hotel drinking and they were peeing on the parking lot not caring who was around. When we were walking inside the hotel we see the front desk lady drinking with them. It was horrible took my children up to our room and staring hearing arguing when we looked out the window the police was outside. The men where braking the glass beer bottles the police took someone it was just a horrible experience would never book here again and hope no one does. It is definitely not safe place for anyone and specially children so inappropriate and to have staff out there drinking with them allowing this and not reporting it is definitely not safe place for anyone. Then after the police left the men where being so loud inside the hotel I can hear them from my room.

Great experience

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and well maintained. The property was a bit more dated than the photos made it appear. But, it was clean. Breakfast was waffles and sausage and eggs and some other random bread and cereal options. The area around it was a bit sketchy. There was a guy day drinking in a lawn chair right in front of the hotel for a few hours…empty bottles laying around him, which was strange. He wasn’t rude or intimidating to anyone… just a bit strange. There was very loud music playing I. The parking lot for a whole close to 10 pm, but only lasted about 20 minutes. Overall it was an ok place. Inside the hotel I felt fairly safe but outside was a bit shady. If I were in the area again I would choose a different neighborhood to stay in.

I had a great experience here everything was clean, breakfast was more than I expected so that was a nice surprise :) overall I'd stay again

How nice the staff was. The room was a little small for 4 people.

They clean your room every day which is a plus too me the staff is very helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Luxury Inn. Thank you to all of the friendly staff members who made us feel so welcome. Several of our family members were able to stay just down the hall from one another, which made this trip even more memorable.

Location, right next to the freeway is very convenient easy in and easy out. The staff was exceptional. Everyone from the night staff who checked us in, morning staff who checked us out. Big shout out to Merarri, the young women that took care of the breakfast bar in the morning. The place was spotless, food was fresh and constantly restocked. She was very friendly, offering guests yogurt parfaits, can’t say enough about the breakfast area. Key cards didn’t work at the non-lobby entrance doors at the end of the building. Had to park there, but then forced to walk to lobby entrance.
