Breakfast: Breakfast needs to have more options—fruit, eggs, oatmeal. They only have waffles and juice.

Floors, walls, bathroom are very dirty. The smell of the room was terrible. The outside of the property is BAD.

The door was very loose. Didn't feel secure. It looked like someone kicked it in, they tried to fix it. They didn't properly fix.. I asked to be moved to another bottom floor room due to medical reasons. They didn't accommodate. I then asked for spray or something to get rid of the smell in the room. The front desk lady was able to bring a can of spray but did not work. I had to go buy my own fabric fabric, spray and air freshener to be able to mask the smell.

I asked for a downstairs room, close to the office and I received it, however, it was the accessible room and the bed was made for a transfer from a wheelchair and was WAY TOO LOW. I didn't ask for the accessible room and next time I'll be sure to ask for any other room downstairs. Also, they need more hooks in the room to hang things, especially in the bathroom on the back of the door so you can hang your towel or robe while you shower. Otherwise I like staying at this hotel, it's so convenient. The bed in the accessible room was too low and it hurt my knees to get out of it and go to the bathroom. Also, everyone knows the breakfast is sub-standard, thank God for McDonalds and Nations Burgers across the street.

Room smelled terrible like smoke even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking. You get yelled at if you try to take breakfast back to your room even tho the room has a full fridge and range. People in the room above us stomped around all night long. You could hear cars on the freeway all night long. Would not stay at again.
