Stayed here to be close to Tracy Sports Complex. Basic hotel. Breakfast was ok. Super basic.

There were fleas.

The bathroom was not clean, and the water smelled like sulfer. The hallway and elevator had a strange smell as well. The room was also quite small. The door keys didn't work, so they eventually gave me a different room after 3 trips up and down the elevator with a lot of heavybags of equipment. The desk clerk was extremely helpful and pleasant. Overall, not a great place. Won't stay at Microtel again.

It was inexpensive. Very noisy a/c - couldn't sleep as a result.

My party had a situation and reached out by text. No response from anyone. I would have appreciated a callback as requested. So my party didn't stay at the hotel to avoid confusion as and missed the burial of a family member.

Cleanliness, breakfast & reception staff, Alem and Co. were excellent. None whatsoever!

The room was clean and relatively updated. The shower was huge and the bathroom was bright and clean It took awhile for hot water in the sink, the exhaust fan didn't work, the ac was clunky, and there was construction right outside the windows (which I know they can't help, but the thinness of the walls allowed the noise to carry). One stairwell access on the ground floor was in an incredibly sketchy back alley that wasn't lit as well as the parking lot. Honestly we thought we had been catfished as the ratings did not match the outside at ALL

Check in took awhile. The elevators were slow. Shower curtain was dirty, office chair was dirty, gouges in walls/paint/doors. Beds were comfortable enough, pillows were not. TV didn’t automatically connect to the satellite.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING Phone didnt work, ant infestation, physical fight in hall way woke us up, yelling and screaming in hall way, beer cans on the floor, dirty towels, no extra bed like stated, doors beat up and deep scuffed, THE ENTIRE PLACE SNELLED LIKE MARIJUANA

Clean room. Breakfast area needed more attention.

Location Customer service was bad, had a problem with the TV called and said it wasn’t working. They said that they were very busy and they never even came to my room to check.
