The room did did not have towels. There was no curtain on the shower. The rack on the wall fell off as soon as we put a towel on it, and there were two plates in the microwave instead of one.

Smell like urine and not clean. This place is a nightmare.

Room smelled like ashtray. Pillow cases had all sorts of stains on em on both pillows. I would never stay there again even if it was free or if I got paid to stay there. Place was filthy as they came I felt disgusted barely stayed in there

wouldn’t stay here again i’ve stayed in multiple rooms to escape the roaches bedbugs or dirty rooms i don’t recommend

rooms need remodeled shower bed has cracked and dirty the went had no cover and was filthy pools is full not open full of dirty water bad look with the mosquitos also the roaches will be around once the lights come on

Room had a smelly smell like old refrigerator musty, moldy smell. Shower sucks. Bath towels suck no shampoo or body wash. AC was good but the smell was the worst honestly if they fix the smelly rooms & showers it could be a great hotel motel

The room was in very poor condition and did not include a refrigerator or access to ice, despite the area experiencing temperatures of approximately 110°F. We reported these concerns to the front desk; however, the representative rudely stated that we had received what we reserved. No solutions, accommodations, or alternatives were offered to address the situation. Additionally, the room did not match the condition or appearance shown in the photos advertised at the time of booking.

Very HELPFUL STAFF.. Very Reasonably Priced Excellent LOCATION. .Lot of shopping centers nearby and Brand New HUGE STARBUCKS Right next to Hotel Lobby ..it almost feels as PART of Hotel Plenty of Open parking Spaces Police Patrolling very frequently I have been to 52 Countries Globally and Man different STATES of USA I ve stayed in ALL Kinds of HOTELS from 7 Star to 2 STAR keeping in mind my wide experience in travelling I ENJOYED My Stay and I will recommend ALL My Friends and repeat stay once again it was very affordable RATES

First off I was being charged a check in fee of 20$ cash on top of my stay at this horrible place. Then they gave me the wrong room. SMH stay away from here if you want a decent place to stay. The towels were yellow. And the non smokers room was obviously a lie.

It was worst experience. I need my money back and as discussed on phone with one of the colleague that I am going to dispute.

Very dirty, there were a couple cockroaches in the bathroom. The security lock on the door was broken. The only highlight was that the staff were helpful in getting my room switched. Would not recommend.

Regarding the advertised "free breakfast," I found this claim to be inaccurate. There was no breakfast service available. Instead, guests were offered a single small cookie and a brewed coffee, dispensed at the front desk upon verification of name and room number. This policy, as explained by a front desk employee, is mandated by the owner. I believe it is misleading to advertise "free breakfast" when the offering consists solely of a single cookie and a coffee.

TV doesn't work, towels are dirty, 2/3 of the office staff has bad attitude and not helpful, pool dirty and objects or dead animals floating, lights in the room didnt work, door card malfunctioned every morning. Very sketchy location. If your looking for a bed to lay on and shower to use only then this place is OK. You get what you pay for.

This place is a dump. Room smelled like crap and bleach. Towels handed out in the office . Pool not maintained and not open for use. Overall not sure how this place is even in business.
