Quick and easy check in and out The ac didn't work in one of the rooms that I had

The location and cheap price were the reason I chose this hotel. The hotel has BED BUGS! The first room I was placed, I used the bathroom, and when I turned on the light a huge bed bug got spooked and ran out of the bathroom. I found the bug and looked up on the internet what a bed bug looks like.. that is when I first realized there is a bed bug infestation in this hotel. The AC in the first room did not work, and the hotel staff put me in the room next door. In the second room I was placed, I looked all around the room for additional bed bugs, and found a sticky trap behind the bed with several bed bugs stuck to the trap (see photo), some of which were still alive trying to break free of the sticky trap. I could not get a refund, and decided I was safer to leave the hotel rather than risking getting bitten and have all my stuff get infested with bed bugs. In addition, there were sketchy people staying at the hotel, and it had a really Bad Vibe!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!

Dirty roaches not clean at all

The service was good, but the rooms were nasty. Hairs on the bedsheets, stains all over the walls and AC. The room was hot even after the AC had run for 3 hours. I ended up leaving and slept in my car after just 5 hours of being there.

Older motel no extras very hard bed, microwave was filthy. The monthly occupant we’re having a little party and we’re very noisy. Above room was very noisy. Could hear people walking around all night. No frills not great not really worth the money.

Room appeared to be clean but they have a roach infestation. The first night I woke up with bug bites on my arms. We stayed there for a week and I killed so many roaches of various sizes. The staff only cleaned my room once while I was there. Only one washer and dryer and the washer machine does not work. Upstairs neighbors were very loud and rude. I would have enjoyed staying here if it was not for the bug infestation and rude neighbor upstairs. Good parking, quiet for the e most part but wouldn’t recommend.

Nothing The hotel had cockroaches , i have pictures. The door would not lock and the front desk adviced rules but rules were not followed loud noise , fighting , noise disturbance that my wife could not focus on work

The only positive is, we did not see bed bugs and we didn't run out of TP since there was only 1 partially used roll. And, we did not hear gun shots. Filthy gross everywhere No smoke detector with exposed Possible live wires No lamps on nighstands. 2 USB ports did not work Only warm water for shower that turned cold right away Very bad shape too many to list. I have pictures of the patches on walls (room needs painting). Especially the scuzzy door. Luckily I brought lysol wipes to clean the dirty bathroom and wipe down dirty light switches, bathroom floor and shower. The room floors are grossly dirty. Nocturnal residents who yelled and cursed all night. And someone using a blow dryer for a couple of hours above us. Scary neighborhood. We wanted to leave but we were soooo tired and couldn't afford to leave. Booking.com should ashamed themselves allowing this place to be on their list. Can we please get a refund?
