Everything was clean everyone was friendly ans so helpful on Treasure Island

Location right next to beach Amenities could be better: No Ice making. 2nd bedroom crammed. Internet was out.

Directly across from the beach with 2 free parking spaces. The booking was deceptive for the Easter/April spring break week that we spent there in unit 6z To let us know that there will be no cable and no Internet On our way There, was very very deceitful. The unit was needing to be totally rewired. That is nothing that you just happen to find out right before our arrival. It rained on 1/2 whole days there so yes, we did want the children to be able to at least watch TV and for my husband to be able to do work. There was not good communication about when anything would actually be up and running. The spectrum Internet employees working in the unit let us know mostly what was going on. It was no way, the people who sold us on staying at this rental didn’t know or speak with Spectrum ahead of the time that we came. It was very deceitful to have us come spend our Easter/spring break without cable Internet. We didn’t even get any kind of discounts or communication without reaching in what was happening. Even after having to ask, no information was given about possible places to try to access the internet in other places; I had to ask a lot of questions just to get a simple “I don’t know” for the answer. The stand out amenity was supposedly a pool, but when all of the units have no internet or cable, the pool fills up quickly. When more than two families with more than two children get in the pool, any adult who wanted to use it could not. Even if you had to get in with a child , it was crowded and it would have been unsafe to have that many in the pool. Other residents did express their same concerns about the news being shared after arrival or while in route. We all were there at the pool at the same times because we all had no Internet and no cable not good! The ant infestation wasn’t very good either. We gave a 9 month old and they constantly tried crawling over the bottle parts we had out on a paper towel after cleaning. We didn’t cook there and we are ate out.

I love this place and the pool was amazing Everything was nice. The bed was very uncomfortable though. I slept on this side 2 nights and woke up hurting by the 3rd night i had my son sleep on that side and he complained about it too.

Great cottage away from home; perfect location across beach access. Will definitely consider coming back. Close to Publix and Seadog resto. 1 roach ? in kitchen ?. No biggy.

Great location! The facilities were very clean and the host is super attentive. The plates and utensils were not clean.

It was very quiet and private . Everyone was very friendly and nice. There was nothing I didn’t like except maybe the fact that it was very pricey

I loved the location of the property in relation to the ocean! The pool was a great additional activity for the kids when they tired of the beach. It would have been nice to have a few additional kitchen utensils in the house. We ended up buying a sheet pan and mixing bowl because neither were at the house. We also bought additional kitchen towels because only one was on hand. We tend to stay in an and cook at home and the utensils were a little sparse.

The room was cute and very clean. It was a private little bungalo. It had a full kitchen, and we were able to rent beach chairs and umbrella on-site. There was a nice pool, free parking, internet, and the beach was across the street. The beach was beautiful and clean, lots of shells, and not too crowded, and perfect for the sunset and walking. The tenants were friendly and there were some nice places to hang out like a little picnic area, a hammock and pool chairs. There was a nice little tiki bar up the street with food and live music. People were friendly. Staff texted and responded quickly and we were able to self-check in/out by phone. It was really convenient. We hope to come back. Good for a few days or more. We were surprised by a few details that we either missed or weren't obvious until we booked. Check in was at 4 and check-out was at 10am. We only had one day for the beach, so we ended up paying extra to check in early. The cleaning fee was more than one day cost of the room, which won't be too much if you stay several days, but for us, more than doubled the price as we stayed only one day. There didn't seem to be any place nearby for breakfast, so we had to drive back over the bridge. If you need coffee in the morning. There is a coffee maker though, so you might want to bring some with you.

The breakfast window counter thing to eat at was not comfortable at all, the stools are hard and have no back. We ended up sitting on our bed when we ate. Bar chairs with a back would’ve been a nice touch. There is also a gigantic box holding some type of cable equipment for the TV in the room, and more cable equipment on top of the open cabinet thing that you can hang 4 pieces of clothing in. As the room is microscopic it would have been nice to have the equipment stored more efficiently. Every time you take a shower water ends up on the floor, because they did not have the rubber seals between the various sections of glass that make up the shower, very strange! You also have to take out your own garbage after the stay or they will charge you and extra cleaning fee. We paid $1300 for 4 nights so asking us to take out our trash is beyond ridiculous.

It was 100 yards from the beach with a BEAUTIFUL Sunset. The internet only worked 10 % of the time. It was not an issue for us but if your trip depends on internet it is not good.

Close to everything. Floors dirty need swiffer wet jet,roaches(need t spray demon x a couple times a year.

We absolutely love Blue Waters. It has a perfect pool and it’s steps away from the beach. Our room has always been spotless and Barbara was fantastic! We will be back next fall!

My wife is in a wheelchair, and we could not enter the bathroom door. Fortunately, she can walk a little bit with er walker.
