I frequent this beach and this is a Great spot

staff was great restaurant on premise was great and especially the owner was extremely helpful in finding cool places to go to around the area

I was surprised to be upgraded to the pool view suite. However, this room was not entirely clean.... There was someone's dried contacts stuck to the floor. The shower drain had hair in it. The bathroom paint was peeling in several areas and more hair in the sink. Dust was very apparent above the bar and on fake plant near the bed. The upstairs room foot traffic and conversation noise was very very clear. I can't say the cost of this stay was justified for these reasons.

Great place to stay.

Location! Location! Location! Walkable restaurants and bars. A quick walk to the beach. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Randy, the manager was super helpful. Great spot for our girls' weekend. We were sorry to see it end.

Cute place and employees were very nice. The 2 negatives I have are - I didn't feel rooms were all that clean, i.e. the floors and bedding. Also, our room had a very strong musty odor, even with a small window open in the bathroom.

The Saint did a wonderful job putting out Beach sets with toys and chairs and all you need, even though I didn't; but, it was a nice idea. The room was roomy and there are plenty of things nearby, but you are still on a quiet end of the area.

This hotel is so nice and the rooms are a wonderful size and everything is very clean. The hotel itself is smaller but it feels cozy rather than cramped. the bar was fun and the restaurant is great! we definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back! They had a large selection of beach accessories for use including chairs, wagons, coolers! and They had bikes you could borrow. This place was an absolute GEM to find!

Quite place yet close to the beach and restaurants

The staff friendliness was tops. Randy gave us an anti-itch wipe when hubby got a mosquito bite and offered bug spray for free. Pool towels, bikes and beach gear all available free for use. Parking is free too. Lots of eateries and bars within walking distance. Pool was clean with pool toys to use. Would recommend!

We stayed here for my birthday in July and it was perfect! Great location, nice restaurant, awesome pool, and huge room!

Ideal stay for a weekend getaway

We were looking for a cool new spot on the beach that was not a traditional chain hotel. When we looked at the same it gave off a kitchen Cool vibe and it did not disappoint. We felt like we had VRBO the entire motel for ourself. The rooms were really cool with a retro vibe. The staff was super helpful when needed. The bar provided great service over the weekend and the ability to use the pool at any time was a plus. It's in great walking distance to local bars and restaurants with an amazing views at Sunset and provided good beach access. In addition the ability to use beach umbrellas, carts, and bicycles that were made available by the property by itself made this extra special. We will be back and we plan on staying there for many years to come.

So much fun! The staff goes above and beyond. We will be back for sure!

We arrived early and were surprised that we had been upgraded to a suite. I have a large truck so it was also a nice surprise that we didn't have to park on the street since there is additional parking for the restaurant along the side of the hotel. We enjoyed the pool and adult beverages at the bar. The food and signature cocktails at 82 Degrees should not be missed. There are other good food and live music options within walking distance. This would be first on my list when we come back to St. Pete's beach.

This hotel was great! We stayed for a short three day trip and it was perfectly located to Upham Beach —which is beautiful. 5 mins walk away. The hotel provides beach equipment, like chairs, towels, a cooler and umbrellas, which makes things so easy. It’s also walking distance to good restaurants and bars. It was clean, seemed like a new property and was well maintained. The rooms themselves are well designed and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again

The pool was way too hot. It was like they had two hot tubs.

I love this place the staff at 82° to the bartender at the pool the manager super flexible and amazing. I will definitely stay there again.
