Room was incredibly clean and staff was helpful. Hands free check in was easy. The pool was very nice and clean. The only two drawbacks was the hot water in the shower was hit or miss and the TV wouldn’t connect to the WiFi. Those are minor gripes though, overall I would stay here again.

The property as a whole was wonderful! Everything was clean, well stocked, and felt very safe. There was also plenty of parking, and the beach was less than a 2 minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning for a family vacation next summer!

We had a wonderful time staying here. And Kevin was amazing ! We will definitely come back.

Check in was terrible.. no one was ever at the office.

The place was very nice and clean. It was also conveniently located near food and a block from the beach.

The property was very close to Upham Beach Park and close to restaurants and shops. The check-in was confusing. There was no staff in the office when I arrived and I had to phone the resort and speak with someone who may or may not have been at the resort. A text was sent with directions on how to check-in to the property. The keys for the units are on a wall near the office and a code was sent to open the locked-box (like a realtor would use) to enter the room. I requested two parking passes and only one was in the room. I texted the resort and was told they would contact a team member for another pass and it would cost me $25. Eventually, a pass was delivered. The unit itself was nice--a one bedroom unit with a king bed. It seemed a little dated with a recent refresh and was clean. The safe in the room had no batteries so I could not use it, the toilet would run occasionally and upon check-out, I spoke with a person that was working about it. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available, however, the chairs were really rusted. Since I live in Florida and my friends were visiting, I had chairs in my car for us to use. There a two pools on the property, which were nice. There was cornhole, but we only saw one board.

The staff was barely ever in the office and if you rang the bell it didn't help. I was lucky that when I checked in their was someone there. The person was nice and polite. I had a king size bed by pool side. The bed is comfortable, but the bathroom was very small. Im about 225 lbs and I was very uncomfortable. The location is great.

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience during my stay. I lost my key around 9 PM and there was no one available to provide assistance or a solution. I had to call a locksmith myself in order to get back inside. I found it very disappointing that there was no emergency support available for an issue like this

Great stay for clean, comfy Old Floria stay!!! Just what the Dr ordered for a 2 night staycation. Suite was great for relaxing when the weather wasn’t so great; pool area was wonderful when it was beautiful out! Great location for walking (or short uber) to bars and restaurants. Very easy check in and out.

We were very disappointed after the photos online didn’t look like our room. We couldn’t find the office. Someone had at least 2 dogs on property and they barked a lot! Room was out of date.

My cousin and I stayed here for a week, checked in Sunday and Checked out Friday morning. We always have a beach week with each other and stay and go to Upham beach or St. Pete beach. We love the area and how walkable it is. We the hotel was great between having a great pool with grille and lots of seating the rooms were clean
