If your are looking for a mom and pop motel this is the place. Will return again next year!

This in an older “Mom and Pop” motel which is very clean and close to beach and all restaurants and bars. Had great stay

Very clean and a short walk to the beach. Pool was clean and inviting.we will definitely be back.

We stayed fir four days and had a wonderful time. Office staff and housekeeping were wonderful. Pool and rooms were very clean. Air conditioning worked amazing!! We would definitely stay here again! Also family and pet friendly near the beach a huge plus!

Clean renovation. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Close to beach but value priced.

A couple of small requests for the tub/shower: my wife was unable to enjoy cold water, only lukewarm, and maybe add a grab bar. We also lacked a Do Not Disturb sign. Otherwise, everything was well done. We would recommend Carlton House to anyone looking for comfortable quiet lodgings off from the main drive but still close enough to everything! Thank you for a great time!

Clean pool and friendly staff And very comfortable beds Will definitely stay there again

This is a no frills motel/extending living/apt building that is that is outdated interiorly BUT has a small clean heated pool and a room with kitchen (has large fridge stove and microwave), dining room, small living room and sliding doors to our 2 beds and bathrooms. The best part is you walk 2 blocks and you are at upham park beach which is free. You save hundreds per night staying here versus the hotels on the beach. You cant beat it it was clean and staff and guests are friendly. There are also restaurants withinn walking distance

Basic but perfect for what we needed- comfortable beds and a close walk to the beach and restaurants.

Everyone was super helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. It is very comfortable and welcoming. She saw that we were sunburnt and offered us some aloe to help. This is the perfect place to stay!

The staff of this location was super friendly, very helpful. The facilities were very clean and had everything that you could need for a great beach visit.

Almost a full size kitchen and living room. Property was cute and clean. Could walk to beach. Will be back. Nothing.

There was also no staff available to assist us with the situation. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we were unable to stay at the property. We are requesting a full refund because our experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

The hotel was one of the best we stayed at and exceptional and personal room was Clean and updated .

First time staying at a motel. Wasn't expecting much from the motel but was surprised entering the room. Check in was smooth. Going inside our room, the room was updated and clean. Had everything from full size refrigerator, stove , small appliance even pots, pans and utensils. Very convenient to store or anything you needed. Close to the beach. Did not find any issues.
