The Lofts at St. Pete Beach

We had a lovely stay at The Lofts! Matthew was great at communicating with us, and gave us his personal contact information in case there was anything we needed while we were there. The room was bright and colorful, and the grounds were adorable! It is within walking distance of really nice restaurants and the beach! We had a wonderful stay there, and will make it our place to stay whenever we go back to St. Pete!!

The in room washer/dryer were super useful. Full size refrigerator and electric cook top made it like home. Great spot that we would recommend to anyone.

Spoke to owner, Mathew. He was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The Lofts are clean , comfortable and nicely decorated with beach vibes! Not a far walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants and cafés. We had an enjoyable Fourth of July weekend. We will be back again.

Really enjoyed. The staff was excellent. The property is maintained very well. My fiancee was very happy with the room. Very convenient to many things fun while on vacation.

I spent hours on Air bnb and travel sites searching for a getaway weekend for our anniversary. We usually a weekend a month. I had communications with Matthew the host. From the first time speaking with him while booking our stay, he was genuinely a caring and down to earth guy. The place was immaculate inside as well as the grounds outside. You can pack your car and bring your clothes and that’s all you would need there. The inside was furnished very beachy and couldn’t have been any better equipped or any cleaner. The bed was one of the most comfortable, besides my own. He had beach chairs, beach towels and carts to pull to the beach, which was only a block away. His location was ideal. In the center between Pass A Grill Beach and Madeira Beach. I’ve already referred others and would stay there again in a heartbeat the next time back. The Lofts was the perfect choice. Thank you again for the beautiful place and your wonderful hospitality.

Matthew was very nice and helpful; this property is nice and quiet and also the color makes it feel so tropical we will be going back.

Beautiful beachside lofts, very clean, loved the pool, nice kitchen that we used to make breakfast. Their was pool toys, chairs, and wagons you could use which was perfect for our son. We used the wagon to carry everything onto the beach in 5 minutes. The pool was also a very nice touch. Matt the owner was extremely helpful and puts alot of good energy into the great place.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, or a pool and games on premises if you want to stay there. The owners were very attentive to our needs. We look forward to another visit in the future.

Within walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants. Property provides beach chairs and toys. Owner is super responsive. Nice pool area and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

The amenities and property were absolutely beautiful. My children and grandchildren and I had the best time making memories. Just a couple minutes from the beach, with so many wonderful restaurants in the area that were easy to walk to. The rooms are comfortable and so nicely decorated. The bed was the most comfortable ever slept on when vacationing. We will be back. I recommend these accommodations for anyone looking for a beach getaway or time with family. The Property Manager and his wife were very accommodating and extremely helpful and friendly.

I will be back again.
