Super clean , nice personal to check in. Late check out at 12! my only suggestion would be to add a black out curtain in the room. Because the outside lights shines in the room.

Room was extremely clean and cozy. Staff were super accommodating. I would definitely stay again. Air temp was great for Florida heat. Short walk to the beach and restaurants.

now for some nitpicks. first and foremost: the step to the front door is REALLY slick in the rain (which happens every day). that's my only real serious issue. the door is high enough above the step that a doormat would have solved the problem cheaply. Next (and these are much less significant): the cooktop only had two burners, and the kitchen was sparsely outfitted. we made do, but this could have been better. lastly; the streaming channels on the television were not available (meaning we had to pay for them ourselves). this is a minor complaint, as we spent 90% of the time not sleeping out of the room, but it was a minor annoyance. and that's it for complaints. the neighborhood has several vacant buildings. but that is from the hurricane two years ago, and at the rate buildings are being renovated or rebuilt, by next year almost all the vacancies will be gone. So don't let that discourage you. this is a great place, at a modest price, and well worth the 'issues' I highlighted. 8 out of 10!

The woman who checked us in was lovely and explained everything about the property. It was clean and quaint and had everything we needed! Even had beach towels for us! Close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars! Will definitely stay again!

This was my 2nd stay at this quaint hotel. Rooms are very clean. Within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. The staff is very gracious.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to a few restaurants and beach access. Both a pro and con, very close to a restaurant that has live music. Can hear it in the room.
