The door lock was also defective and could be pushed open without a keycard. Our keycards frequently failed as well. Most concerning was strangers were given access to our room because the front desk assigned them the same room. We were then told that we were not even in the system, despite already being on our fourth night. That’s beyond our privacy. This is not only frustrating but also a serious safety and security issue that should never happen at a hotel.

The room was not ready when we checked-in. So they assigned us to a new room. The tv channels is not working.

Lots of parking. Decent breakfast. Very nice area of the city and close to shopping.

The halls and rooms could use some very easy and simple repairs. The tv in the room wasn't working. Otherwise it's a nice stay.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good as well and the areas were clean

The overall experience was very good. However, I stayed in a ground floor room, which was next to the parking lot. There was activity in the lot day and night, i.e. smokers, arguers (raised voice discussions), and drinkers. I do not think of myself as a prude, but next visit (if there is one) I will keep room location in mind.

I stayed 3 nights and was very pleased at how quiet my stay was. The room was adequate for what I needed. The amenities were great for the cost of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My TV didn't work at first. I called the front desk and the maintenance person was there to fix it within 5 minutes. No other issues.

I was pretty disappointed with my stay here. First of all, the pictures online don’t really look like the rooms or the hotel itself. It’s very old and rundown feeling. We had two rooms and one of them didn’t have a single working outlet in the whole room. The description says that they have hot breakfast, but they have a sign out in the breakfast area, saying they are not serving hot breakfast currently. They did have a working waffle maker though. The back door entrance into the hotel didn’t require a key card even though it has a key card slot. It didn’t feel very safe considering you could just open up the door. You also can hear the other rooms through the vents. The staff was nice, but just not the kind of stay I was expecting.

The room was very clean. Bathroom really nice. Property well called for. Staff awesome. Plenty of breakfast items. Lots of parking and close to eating places

Booked this last minutes as reviews were decent and looked modern and family friendly in the photos. Photos were misleading. Room was musty and carpets were old. Windows filthy. There were screaming domestic arguments going on in more than one room on our floor. It was not worth the savings for me and my teen daughter. I wish I had paid $20 more to stay somewhere nicer. Avoid.
