First room was never cleaned. Feces in toilet. Dirty towels on the floor. Bed was not made. Trash on the floor……. No Bueno.

I like that the property was close to restaurants and the mall. It did have a slight smell to it, and I would recommend them to kill their facilities, just a little tighter.

Asked for a fan. Staff said wait 10 minutes for AC to circulate. Room still not cool after 3 hours. No other ground floor room available. No cups in room. No coffee in room. No TP in room. Had to get supplies off maid's cart. Hot breakfast was sufficient. If stay here again in summer, would check the AC in room first.

When we arrived, the receptionist’s behavior felt very cold and unwelcoming, especially because of her tone. The biggest problem was with our room key cards. Almost every time we returned to the hotel, the cards stopped working, and we had to visit the front desk at least eight times during our stay. Despite reporting the issue repeatedly, the staff never properly resolved it or checked on us afterward. No one followed up to make sure the cards were working or offered a permanent solution. Constantly going back to the reception desk was frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, the lack of support and concern from the hotel staff made our stay very disappointing.

Excellent breakfast, frig and microwave, very nice bed with lots of pillows. Nice snacks available for purchase and the free coffee was excellent.
