Loved the heated toilet seats and the suites were the perfect size.

The room was great! Very roomy shower with great water pressure. Didn't like that there was no shelf in the shower to put my foot when shaving my legs. Loved the bidet and heated toilet seat. Breakfast in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced. Plenty of parking and close to many restaurants.

We didn’t receive any services for our 4 day stay. We had to search out the cleaning crew for fresh towels, and room essentials. When I called to ask why our room hadn’t been cleaned they said they were short staffed. We were out of our room plenty of hours for them to do a quick clean. The garbage was never emptied we had to bag it up and set it outside our room. The last straw was we had been out for several hours and came back to our still unclean room. We laid down to rest when an employee opened our door and said she was there to clean, at 5 pm!! On our last day.

I Came for a birthday staycation. Hotel was very accommodating when they didn’t have a standard king available. I Loved the renovations.

The hotel was clean and quiet. I was told a $200 hold would be placed on my credit card since I booked through a 3rd party. I checked out today and I have a $200 hold from 06/19/26 and a $200 hold from 06/20/26. Why would there be a hold for a day when I’m checking out?! When I checked out, on 06/20/26, I asked for a receipt. The lady at the desk said a receipt could not be provided since I booked through a 3rd party and my receipt would be issued through the 3rd party…still no receipt. Our view was horrible and consisted of a wall, along with heating/air equipment.
