Breakfast, hot tub, large room. Should have a nightlight in the wheelchair accessible bathroom. No outlet in light on nightstand to charge my phone.

So I was moved to a room with a better view that I asked for in the first place.

Our experience was pretty good with the hotel and accommodations. The room itself was fine and spacious enough, although we did not like the moving door to the bathroom. Our lower review results from the incident we faced when we returned to our room to see that our door was open, even after we had made sure we had closed it. From then on, we did not feel totally safe in the accommodations.

Pool & hot tub could have been cleaner. Pool the 2nd night was a couple inches deeper, which made it too deep for my 10 year when it shouldn't have been.

We always come to this hotel. But this stay wasn’t good and did not meet our expectations. We always come even when we lived in Michigan. Since we moved out of MI there was the renovation but the hot tub is a true gem of the hotel itself. This night if our stay the hot tub was under maintenance. We understand we stayed during a holiday. However, the hot tub wasn’t warm it was very cold. The staff knew it but failed to put an out of order sign on the pool door to at least let guests know the hot tub wasn’t working. We’ll try and give this hotel another try when we’re in town. Hopefully, the hot tub is fixed by then.

Opportunity for improvement: the small carts used to transport luggage from your vehicle to your room are too small to carry more than one suitcase. Recommend replacing these small inefficient carts with larger regular size carts.

The pool and hot tub area were overwhelming chlorinated and ruined my swimsuit. It also caused us physical discomfort. We were in there about five minutes and had to leave. Should not have been open. The breakfast was not good, no continental style choices and hot food was not good. Staff was friendly, Hotel was clean and nice. It was a shame but if asked I would not stay here again.

Friendliness and good breakfast The pool and hot tub had too much chlorine in it. It irritated our skin and bleach our suits.

The lady at the desk was so nice and she came running up to check my t.v problem to find out there was really no problem , A plug in the back was loose .. And she charged my phone for me because I left my charger @ Home , and worked the afternoon shift .
