Very short in staff, we arrived at 9 pm , only one person working in the whole hotel. Sofa bed sheets were dirty and not enough pillows. They said they didn’t have extra pillows or blankets. Last year we loved staying at the hotel, this year we were very disappointed

My room, bathroom and kitchen were clean. I didn't have any issues. FYI...If you have Hilton points...you can't get point credits when booking with Expedia.

Excellent cleanliness and staff. I just wish the builders would have thought to place the handicap rooms closer to the elevator.

Room was great size for our family of 4. Pleasantly surprised by the full fridge, microwave, dishes and dishwasher available to us within the room. And the laundry facility (separate fee) was a true life saver. I would definitely recommend this to everyone

This is a great little tucked away hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms had great features and were up to date. The only negative was the room wasn’t as clean as it could be. Hairs in the bathroom shower, hairballs on the bathroom floor and a cranky wrapper left on rug.

The rooms was not cleaned properly and one of the rooms had a terrible smell.

Will definitely stay here again! Staff was always smiling and pleasant at every turn. Buffet breakfast had perfect choices, staff continuously cleaning. Obviously staff care about their work. Just overall an excellent experience. Thank you.

The hotel is nice but I never got my room serviced and there was no do not disturb sign on my door.

Very close to food and town centers. Modern, clean, nice variety in the facility. Breakfast hit the spot.

Staff were friendly. The room was very clean, ample towels, and personal care items available. The kitchen area was very useful and well stocked with kitchen utensils. Coffee maker was great along with the tea that was provided. The continental breakfast was great oatmeal every day my favorite. Family, friendly. I would highly recommend.

Location Women's hair all over the bathroom, toilet would not flush middle of the night had to fix that. Sink drain was disconnected so water would not drain....had to fix both at 1 am...
