Wish they provide water bottles for everyone, not just silver and above memberships. This is minimum every average hotel is providing, not sure why it can be implemented here. All others are decent.

The roon was clean. Check in staff were Helpfull. I was surprised that we had to pay for the bottle water. I feel it should be included. I did like that coffee was olincluded but had to use tap water to brew the coffee. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend the hotel. Location also great.

It was kind of busy on a Saturday night and I went and the pool and breakfast was really ran really nice they have a buffet breakfast it doesn't come with the room if you book it through a third party you can purchase breakfast that adds like $8 and then you can get the buffet and they'll give you some free well the breakfast complimentary that isn't really complimentary but other than that the state the building everything is beautiful The staff checking in they make it nice I didn't make it to their bar however I had a couple of beers through the the hotel snack area where they sold a few different brands of beers so I got a couple beers from from inside there after Carrabba's the Italian restaurant that's right and back and it was really nice it's in an area that has all kinds of really nice hotels and really nice steakhouses I really really suggest that you try this one I went to the Marriott the court Marriott two weeks ago and I love the Hilton hotel versus the Marriott just it's just me

What made it more concerning is that when we first entered the room, the electricity was off, which made me question whether the room may have already had a maintenance issue or should not have been assigned. We reported the leak and were told it would be taken care of. The next day, I was told the room would be refunded, and a supervisor also confirmed this after speaking with my mother-in-law. However, when Matthew became involved, he inspected the room and said that because the issue was fixed, he could only offer a small credit. I later reviewed the folio and saw the room was only partially adjusted, not fully refunded. I also noticed a breakfast charge, even though we were given a card stating breakfast was complimentary. I was extremely upset and crying because this disrupted a special family event. The situation was not handled with the level of care, accountability, or customer service I expected.

Staff was great and helpful, weekend bar tender didn't seem to know what she was doing making mixed drinks, and was consistently trying to close early.

It rained all the days I stayed here. The housekeeping team kept the floors dry and clean. Upon entering my room I was greeted with my name on the tv screen. Beautiful welcome touch to my weekend. Thanks for having me. I didn't like that it was such a short stay. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Great front desk fitness center. Enjoyed my stay.

Quiet, comfortable, clean rooms. Great amenities and location.
-
It was clean and modern The bathroom door, a pocket door, stopped stopped 5 inches short of closing. If you have 2 guests for 2 nights and you're not going to clean the room you should at least leave 4 towels so both people can shower both days. That is not 3 stars.

The hotel is well located, lots of food options are a short drive away Didn’t try the breakfast , but the hotel looks to be great for kids judging by the kids playing in the pool at 7am. The hotel foyer seems to be a good spot for groups to meet and socialize Plenty of parking

The bedding was soooo soft, like laying in a cloud. Clean room, love the bar area, friendly staff.

The shower Heating unit was not working well. The view from the hotel room was terrible- we were in room 213 and our view was pipes and hotel building structures. Received breakfast vouchers that we can’t even use.
