The ac unit kept going on and off, throughout the night, it got hot and it was so loud then silent every 15 mins, couldn’t sleep, asked the front desk if there was a way to keep it on and not go off, she said no, gave me a small fan to use, the next morning before checking out I went to put my suitcase in my car and I had the fan in my arm to turn in when I gave my door keys back, and the front door staff came outside yelling we took their fan, we turned around and said we are coming back in to checkout, and when we came in some other person was standing there and said “ that looks like our fan”. No one apologized for chasing us out the door about the fan, the front desk girl was rude. The beds were so uncomfortable and squeaky and the breakfast was gross. Won’t be back.

The location was good. Easy access to several restaurants and the E-way. Staff was friendly and our room was clean.

All the Staff and breakfast service was very nice. The room had a musty odor, perhaps from the air conditioner.

Avoid this place like the plague. Roaches everywhere.

Rooms were very well maintained and any service that was needed was quickly provided.

Staff fix a problem with the sliding door separating the bathroom area from the main room. Process completed within 5 minutes of giving notice. Room was clean.

This hotel is not that clean. When we arrived the toilet seat was soiled (not with dust or dirt, but actual human waste). There were some questionable stains on on the sheets. The shower head was so calcified, it barely had any water sprinkling through. There was not a single egg in sight for breakfast - just some junk. On top of that, they charged me $75 for a small dog. I travel with my dog often and have never encountered such an ridiculous amount charged - it was almost close to what I paid for the entire room. I could justify it if the place was pristine, but not for the room where I had to wipe my toilet seat myself.

Bed was so comfy, great location No jacuzzi in pool area or any rooms with one. Sheets were stained, stink bug crawling on wall. Huge sticky spot when you first walk into the room. Phone didn't work in the room.

Was there for business trip. Friendly staff, clean room. Had plenty of toiletries and continental breakfast was good. I will stay here again.
