Rooms were excellent! spacious, and clean! Took the kids to the pool. The water was very cloudy. There was a nonverbal special needs child in the pool, touching and making others uncomfortable. We went to the neighboring hotel to see friends, and found out it was owned by the same people, and we could swim there too. So we still had an opportunity to enjoy the water as a team. Breakfast was on point. Kids loved it. We stayed for 10u travel softball. It hit all the necessary needs, plus excellent location!

I always enjoy my stay at the Home2 Suites in Troy. It feels new and everything is very clean. The room is bag and has plenty of amenities. I will stay here again. Everything was great!

Quiet, clean, nice breakfast + fresh coffee & tea always available. Bedding is skimpy, thin, cheap. Gave us restless nights.

Arrived on a Thursday night and was greeted pleasantly by Kyle. Received a text message shortly after asking if we needed anything. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The only small thing we didn’t like was that the hotel is right next to the highway so there is a lot of traffic noise. Otherwise everything was excellent!

If you do book through a 3rd party otherwise this Hotel won’t refund/ cancel or change any part of your stay for any reason. Unsatisfactory location/ stay and severe lack of customer service or care.

Ill start with the good and finish with the bad.. The hotel was at a great location and overall was nice and clean.. breakfast was also really good. Personally really liked the waffle maker.. unfortunately why my stay really sucked was nome of our tvs worked. We called and asked the front desk for help.. maybe to switch rooms or maybe they could of done something i mean anything but instead was met with a kinda rude women who said eh sorry manager is unable to be contacted and nothing to do about it. The main reason we chose this hotel was because our kids could have a room for themselves with a tv and we could as well. Spent over 200$ for one night for the biggest amenties we wanted to not even work and the hotel kinda shrugged it off. We were very upset but didnt want to come off as bad guest so we just dealt with it. Sucks because we would of came back often!
