We had a great stay here. Highly recommend the large (total of 4 beds) family room, it was a great value. The indoor pool, onsite coin operated laundry, free continental breakfast (it's simple, but it does the job, AND they have the self serve waffle iron that everyone loves), free parking, and convenient access (next to a Walmart) make this hotel hard to beat when staying in the Troy area.

The staff was nice, parking very easy and convenient, location good and near Walmart and chain restaurants, as well as only a short drive from downtown Troy. We really enjoyed the pool and the 24 hour coffee/tea availability was a plus. We also used the guest laundry and it was fast and clean. Room condition was pretty good, with the exception that the shower curtain should be changed out/washed (it was grungy). The beds, carpets, etc. were all nice and clean and comfortable.

It was very nice and comfortable after driving for 5 days.

Everything was good about the place, easy to get to, clean room, free breakfast. My only concern was that my ac did not work in my room, I found this out late into the night and did not want to bother anyone so I waited until checking out to say anything which was fine.

Modern and clean and cared for with attention to detail ! Larger rooms than the competition ! Not overly impressed with the hot breakfast or other breakfast offerings !

We travel and have stayed at this hotel every few months for 2 years! They are under new management and it is terrible! Stayed 4 nights, we had to stock the room…no toilet paper…no shampoo and conditioner! They would not take the trash from the room! No one was ever at the front desk and when we rang the bell we waited at least 10 minutes every time! The pool was cloudy and a little gross. We will be choosing another location! Who manages a hotel is important and this hotel is no longer one we will visit!

The hotel overall was very nice. It was in a good location. It was well maintained & looked great. The sheets on my bed had stains all over the side of them. Big yellowish stains. Then the second night when I was in the shower, a bandaid fell out of my wash cloth. ?

The room wasn’t very clean and I found ants on the nightstand. I also got some type of bites on my legs while in this room. I informed them of the ants and they did move me to another room which was much cleaner than the first one that I was in.

Room was quiet even on first floor. Staff was pleasant. The breakfast was the same thing every day with the exception of when the lady came in mid week and made “Ham bake.” There was no bacon o Lu sausage and “scrambled eggs” the other days. There was no orange juice except for 3 of the 10 days we were there. There was no decaf coffee. There were no bananas. There were only English muffins 2 days of the 10. Biscuits and sausage gravy 3 days of the 10. We ended up going out for breakfast several mornings. Beds were hard

Room and hotel was clean. All staff we encountered were nice and helpful. Would definitely stay at again.

Hotel was overall ok. Receptionist was not so friendly. She would not smile. She had this strick librarian look on her face. She also assumed we were together with another family. She mentioned that quiet time is at 9pm. I've booked so many hotels in the past and have never heard any receptionist make that remark. We have kids with us which made me think that she thinks our kids are noisy. In the room, it was rushed cleaned as a small wet towel was left still hanging at the bath curtain pole. Otherwise, the kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was excellent. Hotel exterior looks good and clean. Also, very convenient as a Walmart is next to it.
