All were in walking distance. Gillian was friendly and welcoming at the front desk upon check in. New faculty and includes a very good free breakfast with your stay.

Our room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was a tad small, but clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I also used the gym which had plenty of equipment and machines to get a good workout in. Breakfast had several options to choose from allowing us to find something for all 5 of us. Definitely would stay again.

Fairly new very clean property with minimalist design. Really nice bathroom. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is ok and lady that tends to it is very diligent. The problem that we had was an infestation of gnats on the second floor. It made it difficult to enjoy that room but the others that we had were fine.

Where to begin…this was the most amazing, comfortable stay I have ever had. Driving from California to Ohio to settle our son into his new job. The staff here at SPRINGHILL SUITES in Troy Ohio went above and beyond for us. From Felix and Maria in housekeeping to your wonderful front desk (check in) ladies. Nancy and Alma were exceptional! We had some bumps along the way during our stay and Nancy and Alma always helped us through. We are forever grateful. The rooms were amazing, clean and very comfortable. Lots of space and beds were perfect. A home away from home. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. This hotel has absolutely spoiled us and set standards for all other hotels we will be staying at on our drive back to California. Thank you doesn’t seem sufficient, but thank you SPRINGHILL SUITES in Troy Ohio staff for an unforgettable stay.

Breakfast was Great offered alot of variety like eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, fruit, oatmeal with different toppings, bagels, coffee, juices, milk. The indoor pool and weight room were clean. The room was modern, clean and spacious big bathroom with glass shower. The Hotel was pretty quiet except for the Highway noise.The room was well stocked with plenty of towels,extra bedding and alot of extras like shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer, iron, coffee pot, mini fridge. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. My wife and I stayed for the weekend and both really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was excellent. The rooms were extremely nice and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic. Location was great. The only MINOR complaint was how cold the pool was. The kids lips were purple... Not that it stopped them lol. I love swimming but it was way too cold for me. Other than that this hotel is perfect!

The reason I am leaving a one star is because there were level two snow emergencies and the roads were absolutely horrible. Unfortunately, the drive was 3 1/2 hours and I could not get there for work. they would even just reschedule to another day and they wouldn’t even allow me to do that. Very disappointed in the customer service I received.

Easy check in, clean space, convenient location for a quick stop from the highway and close to food and supermarket. There was hair on both beds. But we were so tired we just went to sleep. Still cleaner than the majority of hotels we've stayed at.
