Our stay was perfect. Very clean. Staff was great. The morning breakfast was great. Absolutely no complaints. The night clerk was very nice and helpful. Being from Canada we may never return but if we are in the area again we would not hesitate. A++

Everything was perfect we loved it my fur baby loved it and the pool is very kid friendly as well. Has a ledge all the way around and not as deep as most pools. Perfect for a family with young children like myself.

Have stayed at this hotel many times and they don't disappoint. Unfortunately, each time I have been there the pool has been closed. Hope they can get that problem fixed for the future.

The breakfast was really great. The pool was out of service but we were not notified prior to arrival. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool area. We travel to Troy once a year for a baton competition and our daughter looks forward to spending the evening swimming with her teammates. Had we been informed prior to arrival we would’ve been able to choose another hotel and not have our night ruined. Also, the bathtub did not drain so when you showered, do you ended up standing in inches of water. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom and no liners for the ice bin either.

Desk light and bathroom lights did’nt work. Noisy refrigerator. No ice in ice machine. Elevator was very noisy. I would’nt stay there again.

considered pretty picky when it comes to lodging. Check in was quick and smooth. The pool was probably considered “heated” but it was in fact pretty cold for a 42 year old woman. Even my 8 year old son said it took some time to get used to. Beds were a bit hard for me even those they have a pillow top cover. Bedding was nice. Room size was ok. I wish it had a coffee maker in the room but the front desk attendant informed me that there’s free bottled water and coffee near the front desk 24/7. The bathroom had a big water stain on the ceiling. Looks like it had been patched at one point but looks to still be a serious issue. The shower backed up which meant we stood in a pool of water which was gross. Breakfast was ok. I was hoping for bacon and waffles. They had sausage and a pancake maker. I realize that they change up the hot menu items each time. The pancake maker was having some difficulties and they did not taste very good. I did appreciate all of the other options that typical continental breakfasts have. For the price I would say the hotel probably was worth it. Maybe paid a little more than what I would have to stay there again.

The room smelled like 10 people just smoked 10 cigarettes in it. I have asthma and it was in the bedding and just everywhere, so gross. We had been traveling all day so I had no energy to try and change rooms. Otherwise all was good there but that was a total deal breaker. Location and conditions. What you would normally expect from the brand. They mixed up us with another guest with similar last name and we got a call at almost 11pm waking us up about the mixup. They should have handled the mistake themselves not expecting us to change room.
