Non fridge in room, limited pool hours, bathroom was not that clean, no amenities except soap in bathroom, won't be returnung

I cancelled this tip in total via Expedia. Do not know why I was billed. NO UPDATES from Expedia which is quite disappointing.

Ait conditioning was superb. Bathroom tub could use a little touch up but other than that it was good.

I didn't have a fridge or a microwave, and there were roaches.

This place is in terrible disrepair. The air conditioning units are so loud that sleep is impossible-and they do not adequately cool. Even when you have a reservation for two days-you must check out at 11:00 am and check back in at 3:00. Ridiculous! Had a room on 3rd floor-elevator doesn't work so had to take stairs with my luggage. At 78 years of age-this is unacceptable. Room has NO AMENITIES. No refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee maker, no coffee maker, no kleenex, no hair dryer, no iron, no ironing board. Just a room and a bed. Blanket and and toilet seat full of cigarette burns.

The rooms without the microwave and a refrigerator are the cleanest.

No refrigerator or microwave. Floor, sink, and bathroom dirty. Insects in the room.

It smelled like forgets , the recipients named Georgie was very rude and had attitude. And felt unsafe.
