Motel 6 Tucker, GA - Atlanta Northeast

Bad

Good

Stay away, for your sake. Stay away, for your sake. You’ve been warned

Good

I understand that things can go wrong, but having both of these issues during my stay made the experience uncomfortable and not worth what I paid. I hope management addresses these problems so future guests have a better experience.

The place was not clean

We had to check out early because the mold in the air conditioning was just too strong. We tried to tough it out but could not. Chass the manager refused to refund our unused days even though it was medical. No bedbugs from what I could see but they probably were eaten by all the spiders living under the bed. Oh and in the sink drain. Lots of cosmetic dirt.

There no microwave in the room have to take to office to be heated there was a guest that curse and yell out his room all night the was horrible

Perfect stay wonderful staff nice and friendly

Bad

Area. Outside activity. Room door keys kept locking me out for whatever reason.

It was convenient for what I needed. Staff was friendly. Location was acceptable. The shower/tub had a big crack in the tub paint with peeling from the tub roaches coming through the door door didn’t shut completely all the way to seal. It didn’t have the security lock look like somebody broke it off and none of plugs near the bed.

The ease of check in. Room was accommodating for price. Area. Outside activity. Room door keys kept locking me out for whatever reason.

Room was clean but they don’t have microwaves in room or a blow dryer , washer machine door was messed up but front desk helped me out but they need new ones and dryer need to be clean from lent trap WiFi could work better as well no housekeeping sign to let them know I need my room clean other then that had a good stay

Don’t care

Roaches

. The tub id disgusting . The door didn’t shut all the way and my room was left open allowing my service animal to escape . Thankfully I was able to get my dog . The manager refused any assistance until the next day . The counter staff guy who was working literally asked me why did I come here stating it’s one of the worst places to stay at . Who says that to their customer ? I will never stay at a motel 6 again in this lifetime ! Horrible experience per usual and they need to be shut down !

Location was okay The first room they gave us wasn't clean and it was a ladder in the tub meaning they didn't check the room then the next room had roaches coming out of everywhere and the TV channels barely worked it was about 4/5 channels that worked then the TV would just go off or blank black and be out for awhile but i went a got bug spray and sprayed it was hair everywhere through out the room then it look like blood was still in tub as if it wasn't cleaned but yea

Nice person
