From check-in to check-out the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Just make sure you have quarters if you need to use the laundry room.

I the property was convenient to the freeway. I would have liked more grass or an area fenced off for dogs.

Considering all this, and what they are charging for it compared to other places, is really what makes this place shine. Great value!

Our regular go-to in Tucson - clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet, helpful and friendly staff, pool and hottub, pleasant lobby with its beautiful water feature, charming architectural details that make this hotel anything but a sterile chain hotel. Excellent price/quality ratio!

This is our second stay, consistent with the first - spacious, clean, well-appointed room, helpful staff, good breakfast options, great location for visiting family in East Tucson, easy shopping and restaurant options nearby, refreshing pool and relaxing hottub. We appreciate the charm of the more traditional architecture and landscaped courtyards which prevent the hotel from feeling like a sterile chain hotel. This is definitely the best deal for our needs! (We just wish the pool/hottub were open earlier in the morning and later at night!)

Haley, at the front desk, was AMAZING! Our couch didn't look like the maid cleaned it as there was popcorn on the edges.

Staff were nice, breakfast was good The room had not been cleaned prior to us getting there. There was dirt all over the floor and things, garbage, tags on the floor. I took pictures to show the front office, and they were going to have a full service done however the floor was still not vacuumed or mopped. I highly doubt I will stay there again. The housekeeping staff and supervisor need to be retrained on how to clean. Finding clumps of hair, black twist ties plus other garbage on the floor is disgusting.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and the location fantastic. The only thing that bothered me was the wheezing air conditioner.
