Comfort Suites Tucson near Sabino Canyon

Nice old Sante Fe style inside, rooms good size, good breakfast, and location. It’s also quiet. Internet can be a bit iffy.

The room was dirty…what looked like blood on bathroom door, wall, ceiling, and curtain, hair on shower soap dish, trash in courtyard, ladders and junk outside window, 1-4am guest next door to our room kept banging his door so loud and continuously, it sounded like a gun going off, was loud outside the room doors. Got zero sleep. The front desk workers were very kind and apologetic. But probably won’t stay there again.

Good location. Good price. Key card didn't work. Had to call down to desk and ask to let me in. His keyboard didn't work. Hot and sweaty waiting 20 minutes outside to enter a room. Floor was really dirty.

Very clean facilities. The front desk was very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. All was good. No, negative points.

Was more than I expected, will stay again when visiting my daughter at the university!!

Breakfast was nice. Excellent for dog parents. Rooms were clean but could use some maintenance. Staff were all very nice. Felt safe and comfortable.

The room was well equipped with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The room had a great layout and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Bugs throught out the room, peeling tub layers with sharp cut edges, bugs on bed

Well there is a pool and jacuzzi, however I did not get the opportunity this time to use them. The breakfast is good for such a reasonably priced hotel. Free parking, free wi-fi and a very convenient location for us. And the staff have always been friendly.

Disappointing

Smooth check in, very comfortable room and the bed was excellent. Friendly staff all areas and enjoyed both the breakfast and the fitness center. We will stay here again.

This is our second stay here. The rooms are clean, outside seating area/courtyard is nice, breakfast is good, staff is helpful. Location is somewhat weird at edge of semi-abandoned shopping mall.

Breakfast was decent

The establishment is quaint but a bit dated. Clean & well-managed. The breakfast was very good. The pool & hot tub could have used a little attention. The beds were very comfy. Upon check out, the manager said he was new & the hotel was getting updated.

We were a little unsure at first because the outside and the location didn’t give the best impression. But once we walked in to check in, it felt like we were suddenly transported into a Spanish casita. The courtyards are beautiful, quiet spaces that make the whole place feel peaceful.The pool was nice…more shade would be great, but overall it was pleasant. Our room was clean and tidy, though the tub really needs to be replaced due to chipping and rust stains.The continental breakfast was good, but they had two separate waffle makers and the line was so long that I never got a chance to try them. My only suggestion would be to reorganize the breakfast area so it flows better and people aren’t constantly stepping around each other.Overall, this is a cute little gem. Definitely don’t judge it by the outside appearance.
