Over all the Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic (I was there for my husbands Tumor surgery)

It’s nice and clean. The hugest issue for me was the noise. It’s like the walls are paper thin. The people above me had to have been running back and forth in their room at all times of day and night. It would wake me up to hear them stomping on the floors. I could not sleep well with that noise. If they can keep other guests a little more quiet, it would be okay. I definitely was not going to pay $1850 and not get any sleep. I am a travel nurse and was here to work. Rest was necessary.

Convenience to the hospital is excellent. A simple down to earth, basic hotel, and the beds were comfortable. Excellent. Front desk staff was very helpful in everything we encountered Very dirty floors in the room. So take slippers. No kleenex in the rooms and no ice available.

I was the only person listed on the reservation; I did not have a travel partner listed and the front desk agent let my father (who I do not share a name with) check into the room. He could have been a total stranger, or an unsafe person. They had no way to verify his identity and still gave him a key to my room. This is very unsafe for anyone who frequently travels alone, like myself.

No soap, no shampoo or conditioner. No Ice for drinking water and no water pitcher and no food or breakfast. You get nothing for staying here.

First impression was great—exceptionally clean and loved the rooms. We checked in late with a pleasant staff member. The next morning, we left our two packed and zipped carry-on bags in the room to drop storage items at our daughter’s UA dorm. On the drive, our alternator died. We needed a tow truck jump and limped into Wildcat Automotive. I called the hotel to ask for a late checkout or if they could hold our bags. The man said “no problem.” We returned at 2 PM with a $600 repair bill. The desk agent could barely look up from scrolling his phone when we picked up our bags from behind the counter. Worse, they charged us an extra $25 without a word. The hidden fee and poor communication made a stressful day harder. Watch your bill.

The IKEA style bed was so uncomfortable and squeaked and felt like it was going to collapse under the weight of one person. It took forever for the room to cool down. The staff was nice but too 15 mons to get someone to check me in.

It took us awhile to sign us in. Then we get to our room and there are no tissues, no coffee pot, no ice maker, no courtesy breakfast, hallways were so loud. People slamming doors. On the way out to check out the service desk was not so polite. We had never stayed at a hotel with this bad of service. Never again shall we stay at this place.
