Very clean and new. respectful staff. Plenty parking. Safe. More like a mini apt. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

It’s a new, inexpensive hotel, still working out the bugs (not the insect type). It was quiet despite proximity to a hospital and helicopters. I couldn’t work out operation of the tiny, unique TV controller. The bed was too soft for someone with back issues. As suites, the rooms had large fridges, a stove top, and microwave but lack of pans or even cup to heat hot water made these amenities useless. My bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which must have come from some other space, but I could keep the door closed. The door to the hallway had a large gap when closed. The single staff member was very helpful but could have used an assistant.

The staff was great for the most part, but I did go into my room and it wasn’t ready which was disappointing.

New and very clean, good location, best value in town.

What breakfast Over the past 5 months, I have stayed there 7 times, and each time people are smoking weed, and the halls smell like it. It doesn't matter which floor I've stayed on. I have complained at the front desk, and there has been no response. People have been smoking in their rooms also. This past stay, on Wednesday night, the electricity went out for 4 hours, and no flashlights or candles were available.

The facility and room were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Over all the Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic (I was there for my husbands Tumor surgery)

It’s nice and clean. The hugest issue for me was the noise. It’s like the walls are paper thin. The people above me had to have been running back and forth in their room at all times of day and night. It would wake me up to hear them stomping on the floors. I could not sleep well with that noise. If they can keep other guests a little more quiet, it would be okay. I definitely was not going to pay $1850 and not get any sleep. I am a travel nurse and was here to work. Rest was necessary.

Convenience to the hospital is excellent. A simple down to earth, basic hotel, and the beds were comfortable. Excellent. Front desk staff was very helpful in everything we encountered Very dirty floors in the room. So take slippers. No kleenex in the rooms and no ice available.
