Everyone was very kind and helpful the rooms were very clean and the pool was nice and sparkly food was amazing overall 10/10 our third time staying and will be staying again

This property never disappoints! It offers a great value, with lovely amenities, accommodating staff & services and a substantial, INCLUDED breakfast. We are repeat visitors and use this location as one of our favorite spots to have a local staycation and have always loved it, but ever since the Hilton company took it over and it became an Embassy Suites the service & offerings have made it an even more desirable property.

We walked into the room and it smelled like a dead animal was left in the room, there were Pee spots from Animals on the carpet and again the horrible smell in the room was so terrible we had to sleep With the sliding glass door open all night. Also one of the beds had someone else’s make-up on the sheets which means they were not changed.

Not even going to be able to make you understand what a disappointment it was too to bottom The whole experience was very bad I don't have anything good to say overrun by insects not willing to accommodate us tried to take advantage of our kindness and we were betrayed from the third party booking to having to redo everything I felt like the location staff took advantage of that fact with a death in the family I didn't feel like anything was done to make our stay right.

Older design if you ask me but it works well. An elevator next to our room was "Out of order" so we had ti walk a little farther. Not a big deal but on of the people in our room was on supplemental oxygen. Staff was friendly. The gym in this place was outstanding. Plenty of room to do whatever! Didnt use the pool but it looked nice. We quickly got extra towels when we asked for them.

This is an older property. The pictures are a little deceiving. Overall it was a good stay.

The breakfast bar options and evening happy hour with free drinks and snacks were great. Clean, quiet, and very spacious rooms. Pool was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was wonderful!!! I wish I knew about it before now. The lol , hot tub and breakfast were perfect ! The bed was so comfortable ! Great staff too!!

Breakfast was awesome! Clean hotel, complimentary drinks in the evening for the adults, big pool and hot tub! Literally won’t stay anywhere else when visiting Tucson. HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!!
