Spend the day splashing around in one of the largest hotel pools in Tucson, AZ, or get a workout in our 24-hour fitness center. The property was clean and all staff was courteous and helpful.

The pool area was nice, as was the courtyards. Gym was awesome! Positives were they staff were great, breakfast was exceptional, outdoor pool area movie was cool. We won't be back though, as it was way overpriced for a tired, gross, old room.

Great place for a great price. Loved the pool and breakfast! The beds were not that comfortable, a little stiff and the fitted sheet was too small for the mattress. Couch was not comfortable either.

Staff was nice but not quick. Pool took 20 minutes to open. Housekeeping arrived at 5:30pm. Pool is locked and needs to be manually opened by maintenance. It’s nice once you get in. Floors were dirty. First room #549 smells like smoke, second room stunk but was tolerable. It’s missing the weather stripping, so there is a good 2” gap between the ground and bottom of door. Breakfast was this hotels saving grace, it is AMAZING!!!

Very good stay. Just need some attention on some details. Room was very clean, just carpet and curtains not maintained as well as other sides on room. Elevator unattended to be clean. Gym climate at morning not cooling. We enjoy breakfast, Some extra variety on coffee bar like creamer flavors and fruit will be cool. In general we enjoy our stay. Very good pool if you travel with kids.

Overall hospital is very well maintained. Breakfast is amazing and the Saturday night Movie by the pool is a great time spent with kids and family.

Cleaning and staff are ok The "free upgraded" provided for genius wasn't an upgrade but other way. Room was smaller, not comfortable for family.

The air conditioning did not work. Requested changing rooms 3 times and same results. Had to ask for a fan.
