Has a great stay

Lots of rigs parked on premises. Hotel is used for Fed Ex drivers (short stays) and trucks get noisy leaving. On the positive side, very convenient location near shopping and dining. Breakfast was a good with nice host and friendly staff.

Excellent stay, no complaints whatsoever. The room was very clean, the property felt safe and the front desk agent was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was fresh and easy. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was so clean and cool we got here late at night Wednesday and the front desk was so accommodating and made sure we checked in smooth and quickly so we can get straight to bed and rest. Thursday morning breakfast was just what my tired body needed. Sharlynné was a blessing so nice so friendly and non stop laughs she truly made the Hampton feel like home away from home. The coffee was hot and the breakfast was delicious.

very good Clean Room

Arriving in Tucson with 100° temperature you’d expect the Air Conditioner to work. Sadly, I spent a whole day and night with an air conditioner not functioning properly. They sent a maintenance person who diagnosed it with as a broken compressor. They reassigned me to another room and the air conditioner worked well for the remainder two days. They should have a system in place where they test the Air Conditioner before a customer checks into the room.

Rooms are clean, A/C good.

Staff was knowledgeable and were always ready to offer assistance.

Room was great! Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was awesome, a lot to choose from. Parking lot was a little tricky to get into(google maps wasnt a big help honestly), but our experience was perfect! Will stay there again!
