The property is in very good condition. The kitchen cupboards and drawers in the bathroom are a little worn, but everything is very clean. The property is near a busy Tucson street but feels safe. The amenities are good and parking is free.

No time for breakfast

They covered all the details in the kitchen, sponges were clean, dishwashing powder present, etc.. I liked the fresh fruit at breakfast . Pots and pans were all usable and relatively new. Food at breakfast is not great.

I reserved 2 rooms and was charged the same price for each. At check in I was told the hotel was completely full so my 2 reserved rooms were on different floors. One room had a queen bed and the other a king bed. Also, after check in, I saw online that there still was 3 rooms available for tonight. I feel deceived!

Rooms are old and dated, but the staff did their best to meet our needs. The morning breakfast service had variety and was run well.
-
Good location, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and above all you feel safe which is what I am looking for. The sofa bed is somewhat uncomfortable.

Good location, good room size, good parking...?

This is the first time in about six months a random traveling that we got a decent room and we all weren’t on top of each other!

Great value! Walkable to restaurants and bistros.

Location was good for our plan, bed was comfortable. NO HOT WATER!!! When we called to reception we were told that they were the ONLY person working and couldn’t help us. NO WORKING AC in the breakfast room. When we complained to the manager he curtly said “I’m aware, we are waiting on it to be fixed” but had no apology at all.

Had a king Suite. Really enjoyed the kitchenette and living area space. The price of the hotel is comparable with other hotels, but with the extra room and the ability to cook a meal it seems this was a great deal and fit for us especially during a weeks stay. We are glad we chose to stay here. The rooms are super quiet, and the beds comfortable. Nice pool area to sit out by and near some restaurants. The rooms perhaps could use a bit of updating soon, but would not hesitate to recommend this place to someone. No major complaints. Would have appreciated a few healthier options for breakfast. Would recommend a high fiber/quality cereal, and better fruit options. The oatmeal was a bit soupy at times, but all the breakfast staff were super nice. The hotel does have an odd policy if needing anything extra requested at front desk during your stay to take an invetory of the items asked for, the room number, and recording the items and room number in a log. This seemed a little awkward for guests, would recommend they reconsider this, but as this only came up twice in a week not a huge deal.

Very nice room, bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchenette, except for the refrigerator. We had to extend our stay for a Friday and Saturday night stay so the price went up which is to be expected. The workout room was great. Breakfast was good, It was a good location for us - close enough to the Gem and Mineral shows but far away enough to be out of much traffic. Very nice staff people.

There are many places to eat nearby. Price is to high

The room was quiet and clean and was adequately supplied with towels, etc. Location was a bit far from the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was not very good although it is comparable to other places we stayed.

The beds were very comfortable. The location was quiet. The breakfast was very good with a large number of choices and very good quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location close to Saguaro NP. Several restaurants were in walking distance. Nothing.
