Hair all in the tub and the tub walls were dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned

The tub was dirty had a lot of hair in it. I had to clean myself.

The room smelled like a dog peed everywhere. The shower curtain smelled like urine. The bathtub was dirty. The remote control did not work. And the front desk associate was rude when checking me in.

A home away from home and breakfast was great

No problems overall. The room was nice, with two bedrooms; the largest of a 19-day trip we took, so that was great.

Seemed like rooms was not properly cleaned. Tissues and items from prior tenants under beds, glitter on beds, dirty sheets and dirty shower curtains. Carpet was filthy. Had to keep shoes on at all times. Rooms smelled like cigarette. Not good at all since we had toddlers with us. Not the experience I expected, as other sonesta locations have been great.

Great place to stay and will each time we visit Tucson

I checked into the hotel and my AC unit in the loft wasn’t working, when I called the front desk the lady there didn’t help me and neither did the supervisor

PROS: Cute style buildings inside & out. The exterior property was kept up well with sufficient parking, and very quiet. I like how they used the upstairs loft as a bedroom. Beds were clean & comfy. Love the full kitchen! Customer service was good, and the Free breakfast was a plus. CONS: The carpet in the rooms was very dirty, and the toilet on the bottom floor had to be flushed several times before it would completely go down. We also had bugs! Mostly in the kitchen area. Pool was open but wouldn’t let my kids swim due to nastiness. There were lots of dark spots the size of a quarter on the walls & floors of the pool, (algae?). The free breakfast was good but, there was no hot water or a microwave to prepare my oat meal. OVER ALL: It’s not a bad hotel for an extended-stay…Just need a little spring cleaning. Would stay again.

No hot tub

Not recommended. Room was dusty, carpet had several stains, holes in bathroom curtains, burned marks on kitchen floor. Just pass on this. The photos on this app are highly misleading. Its not well kept and run down.

The room was very old, sink was cracked, place was dirty and smelled of smoke. Didn't have any bedding for the couch pull out, very uncomfortable for.our 14 year old. Only 2 sets of dishes when there was 3 of us. We were put in the back lot with broken down cars, travel trailer, and tons of ppl bbqing on the sidewalks by their cars late in the evenings. The upstairs live in guest was up stomping around all night, both nights. It was one of the worst stays weve ever stayed at. We had to park our car by the front desk area due to being worried it would have been broken into by one of the guys asking us for any loose change as we walked to our room. Terrible neglect and we should have never been put in this room.. Everything!

Over all it was a good stay. Staff was very friendly. Some of the dishes were not clean.

Good location. Has echoes of its former property owner which makes its design good and rooms comfortable. This hotel is “long in the tooth.” While modestly maintained (furniture worn, plumbing loose, poor mattress, vinyl furniture, slow drains everywhere) it is clean, but everything feels out of date. Rooms set aside for third-party bookings are next to the dumpsters which are emptied once per week at 6AM (ask me how I know this).

I was charged by booking and the hotel double charged me! It seems to happen a lot with your booking system! Creates more hassles!

Location is good.
